Hello Fellows,
I’m quite new on this forum and I like to receive some advice from more experienced members. I joined Penis-Health 2 weeks ago, but before that I did PE exercises from different sources. All the programs promise huge girth and length improvement. My goal is a longer penis with less priority to the girth.
Current size:
FL 4 inch (11 cm)
FG 3.9 inch (10 cm)
EL 6.3 inch (16 cm)
EG 5.5 inch (14 cm)
Are there more specific exercises that are not mentioned in the P-H program? I have seen a lot on the forum already, but it is not easy to find the proper ones.
I hope it can reach this the natural way, I hate pills.

You don't need pills, the exercises will work just fine on their own.
There's no magic exercise that people are hiding, preventing everyone from making huge gains. Anyone who says otherwise is selling something. The basic exercises and routines that you find on Penis Health work. There are some more advanced exercises that people on this site have come up with, but I wouldn't advise using them until you've been at it for a while. It's not that they're more effective, it's just that the more you gain the harder making gains becomes. These advanced exercises are often geared towards those who have stopped making gains using basic exercises and routines.
Stretching is what boosts your length the most. Here is the workout I'm currently following, with the goal of gaining length, but not girth.
5 Min Bath Warm up
8 Min Long Shlong
10 Min Jelq
8 Min Pressured Long Shlong
8 Min Downward Stretch
5 Min Under the Leg Stretch
5 Min A-Stretch
5 Min Bath Cool-down
I've started to understand how important the warm up is. The longer and hotter the better. I've also come to understand that the order of your routine is important. Jelqing in between stretching exercises seems to make gains easier to come by.
You mentioned that you were new to Penis Health, but that you've done the exercises before. If it's been a while, then I'd suggest a slightly more basic version of my routine until your penis gets used to working out a bit. Try something like this:
Warm up
5 Min Long Shlong
8 Min Jelq
5 Min Downward Stretch
5 Min Under the Leg Stretch
Cool down
Keep at it and work hard. Length gains will follow.

In your routine you mention the A-Stretch, I looked for it on the P-H site but didn’t found it. Can you or anyone else on the forum explain it or show me where I can find it.
I’ll keep on working, encouraged by your advice.
