Hey guys, I have been PEing for about a month now on and off, in conjunction with the pills and have seen a little improvement, but I'd like to increase my erect length substantially. My current workout is as follows:

3 min warmup
Long Shlong - 4 mins
PC'd Long Shlong - 3 mins
Pressured Long shlong - 2 mins
Jelq - 10-15 mins
1 min warmdown

Any advice for serious length gains? Thanks.

Maybe add some more stretching time to your workouts. You can probably even cut back 5 minutes or so from your jelqing. Right now I'm working exclusively on length with the following routine.

5 Min Bath Warm up
8 Min Long Shlong
10 Min Jelq
8 Min Pressured Long Shlong
8 Min Downward Stretch
5 Min Under the Leg Stretch
5 Min A-Stretch
5 Min Bath Cool-down

It's a pretty long workout with a lot of stretching, but it has worked very well. I've modified it a few times, and this is the one I feel works best. Starting with a stretch seems to make the jelq more effective, which in turn loosens you further and makes the rest of the stretching more effective. Stretching is what gives you length. Jelqing helps, but if you want length then stretching is your key.
