I haven't really gained anything in the past one month or so I have been doing PE.
Do you think I should try the sit-down stretch? That is, sitting down and pulling your penis straight down.
Another question I have is about the jelq. I am not sure if I am doing it correctly. Is there anyway I can tell if I am doing it right?

Well, that's not the sit-down stretch but it's a good stretch (I usually call it the straight-down stretch). It works mainly the ligaments and for most people that's where the first length gains will show up.

Not really. You need to apply plenty of pressure, just below the point of discomfort and try to make the reps slow. You should have at leats a 70% erection doing it (I recommend higher most of the time) so you'll have to "work it back up" a few times during your session.

My old workout was:
Hot wrap 5mins
Jelq 15mins
Double hand schlong 15mins (regular long shlong wasn't doing enough)
Weighted Pc 5mins
Hot wrap 5mins
Pc flex basic 200 reps
Yesterday I changed my routine (I will do the first one of these today, unless you direct otherwise)
Hot wrap 5mins
Jelq 10mins
Double Hand Shlong 4/30sec hold per direction (updownleft, etc)
Jelq and Hold 5mins
Pressured Long Shlong 5mins
Pc weighted 5mins
Hot wrap 5mins
Pc flex basic 200 reps
I am not sure of my current length. It is between 5" and 5.5", that is, erect length.

I can't seem to squeeze very hard while doing the jelq. Also, while doing the downward stretch, i don't seem to get a good pull. When I did this during my double hand shlong routine, I would always get a good pulling feeling, but doing it exclusively doesnt seem to give a good pull.

Then you need to "beef up" your hand strength a little. I urge you to look over your terminology a little because you seem to be attaching the wrong names to exercises (assuming you're a Penis Health member). The Long shlong is just a straight-out stretch. The Power stretch has you stretching in several directions.
Try the second workout for a while and see how it goes. Anmd above all, patience and intensity.

I'd say that the "squeeze ball" method would work better than gripper work for the kind of strength you need here. You can probably find them in any sports shop (or a tennis pro shop).
If you mean that two-hand long shlong I haven't tried it, I only use one hand. I use a reverse grip and usually do it in the seated position which means I can use my lower arm as a lever by resting it on my thigh. Makes for a better pull.
