I am a new member to this great forum and so far I have been deeply impressed by the amount of info and support this forum provides. I am more convinced than ever that the answer to ALL my questions and the ways to my achieve my goal are available through this forum but I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP. PLEASE REPLY to my questions presented in this post and I will be very grateful.
Ok I am a 23 yr old male of good health. I am 5 foot 7 tall and weigh around 194 lbs and other than the bit of overweight I am reasonably in good health. I am beginning an exercise program to loose the extra weight and get fit. My only problem at the moment is the size of my tool!
All my life I have been somewhat embarrassed of my penis. I suppose everyone faces this sometimes but for me it’s been chronic. It has gotten MUCH MUCH worse when I found out a year ago that I am BELOW average in BOTH length and girth. My current measurements are a disappointing 5 inches in length x 4 inches in width when ERECT and a very very disappointing 2 inches (length) x 2 inches (width) when FLACCID. As you all might be aware this is BELOW even the average size and even though I KNOW it is NOT my fault, the hurt is still there.
After considerable research on the subject I have come here to this forum and this website (penis-health.com) in hopes of finally changing my size. My goals are (get ready for this!!!) 8 inches in length by 6 inches in girth (erect) and at least 5 inches in length by 4 inches (girth) when flaccid. I.e. I am trying to achiever a 3 inch gain in length (erect and flaccid) and 2 inches in girth (erect and flaccid) and this is the MINMUM I want. IF I can get more I will go for it but if I reach this goal I will be forever and eternally happy and satisfied. I KNOW this is a tough challenge but I believe and HOPE that it can be accomplished. I NEED the help of the people in this forum in order to achieve this. I have several newbie questions that I would be very grateful if they are answered by anyone in this forum. Furthermore any further tips and suggestions and even encouraging points are MORE than welcome. I promise to READ every reply I get. Ok no more talk here are my questions:
1. Has anyone been in my situation (i.e. size-wise) and reached my goals? IF so PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW you did it and what routines (beginner for how long and how many days on and off & often, intermediate for how long and so forth) did you use in as much detail as you can, including best time to exercise and weather it is wise to break down the exercises into mini-sessions or one long say 30 min session. (i.e. a session with warm up & down and long shlong, and another with another warm up & down and a jelq and so forth).
2. In order to achieve my rather difficult goals I have purchased a 6 month supply of prosolution pills which are regarded to be the best currently on the market. I KNOW I have to exercise hard for them to be successful but should I exercise before taking the pills or after. I am thinking I exercise first then take the pills to force the blood into my penis and the broken cells in it to force them to become larger but is that dangerous or it doesn’t matter. Also is it true that the best time is to take ALL three pills at night before sleeping?
3. Does wearing certain type of underwear hamper your gains? This may sound like a weird question but since we are stretching the penis doesn’t it make sense we give it ample room after the workout to REAMIN stretched or is that completely unrelated?
4. What about using devises to help your gains? There are many out there and I heard different opinions. How about the penis rings, some sites suggest putting several on because they help as well (similar to neck elongation). Does that make sense or is manual/natural exercise and PSP enough to achiever my goals in a window of a few month (NOT years!). Please keep in mind that I am going for LARGE gains not just one or even two inches in length but at least 3 in length and 2 in width. This may sound greedy but I am desperate and this is EXTEREMLY important to me!
5. What about the so called Ferrari trio techniques? I heard they are very powerful and effective so how can I incorporate them too?
6. My penis is curved to the left. It’s straight but curves significantly to the left. How can I overcome this, Also when erect my penis is usually level and not pointing to the ceiling, is this a problem and how can I overcome this as well?
7. I am looking to increase my length (erect and flaccid) and my girth (erect and flaccid) and increase my overall stamina as well as REALLY develop a very FIT penis. I am aware that there are different exercises for each of that but do I do them all in the same session or are some exercises I have to wait a few weeks before I start them?
8. I am however worried that after a while of exercising I may reach a platue BEFORE I reach my desired 8 x 6 size. How can I ensure that this does not happen? Or is it unavoidable and if so what are the methods used to kick start your gains again once the platue has been reach and to overcome and pass this platue?
9. Realistically and assuming I am a NORMAL speed gainer, and assuming I diligently and thoroughly follow with the workout suggested by the members in the forum, how long will it take to reach my desired size? I am only asking because I decided that I will NOT do any dating until I significantly improve my size (at least 7 inches). This is simply a self esteem issue and I am wondering how long will I normally have to wait?
10. I have checked out the sister site called ultimatepenis which is provided free to MN members, any thoughts, it is very well written and illustrated but the problem is that there are too many exercises and there is NOT much info on a specific workout? Also MN suggests combining both sites for best results but what combination of what workouts? Any thoughts? Also some of these workouts are well a bit strange such as the third leg workout, are they really needed, I am NOT saying they are not effective but how can they be incorporated in the workout?
11. Penis-Health platinum has a three sections titled length workout, girth workout and stamina workout. Cool but what about someone who is crazy enough to want all three!! Do I simply combine them (I.e. use the techniques that are common to all and also combine the different ones for a super workout) or is that too much or it doesn’t matter. I don’t want to be like working on length for month then on girth then on stamina for another month and so forth because that will take too long and there is also the danger or platuing. So what should I do then?
12. What about food? Is there any specific foods or vitamins I should be taking to increase my gains. I am also starting a serious muscle building and fitness workout (but not to become a body builder but to add some muscles and increase my overall strength). Any suggestions on foods and vitamins and will doing both the body and penis workouts in parallel help or hurt my chances of reaching my goals.
13. What is the optimum rest period exactly? Which is better, 3 days on 1 day off or 2 days on 1 day off?
14. Anyone hear of those penis patches? As usual there are people for and against, some say they are better than pills because they go directly to the blood and not through the digestive system and hence the ingredients are better absorbed but others claim that there is no control over the dosage amount and other things like they are too new. Anyone tired them, any thoughts?
15. Finally (thank god!) am I being a realist here, can I with hard work for several month achieve my goals? Please share any success stories to at least inspire me and any further tips not covered by my “extensive” newbie questions. I will TERMONDLUSLY appreciate any help!
