I have found an ideal workout that takes only 30 minutes to do. I have modified my free consultation and added an extra kick during the day and have made an increase of .75 inches of length and .5 inches of girth in 10 days; also, this is my first ten days into the program. I am not going to type it all out, but if anyone responds, I will be glad to share it and give detail on what I do, when I do it, and how I do it. If anyone is curious, let me know. Also, I started out at 7.5x6.5 and now am up to 8.25x7. Respond if there is any curious ones out there.
Just wanting to help those who want it...

Well, here it is. I hope that it helps those who give it a shot. First off, I do a 3-minute hot towel warm-up. Second, I do a 5-minute long schlong stretch; doing out for 1:15, then left for 1:15, then right for 1:15, then out again for 1:15. Then, I do a jelq for 5 minutes. I have a 40-50% erection and I do it pulling straight down. Then, I do a 5-minute long schlong heli, which is self-explanatory. After that, I do a 6-minute jelq and hold. But for this, I add a little bit of a kick. I do this at 90% erect, and squeeze very hard at the head and feel the head pushing blood very very hard as well as the entire shaft. But, I also do a pressed schlong while I hold the head for 15 seconds. This, I believe has helped increase the length, and bigtime for the width. After that, I do PC flex for 4 minutes and squeeze very hard on the last rep that I hold for 20 seconds. Then, I do a 2-minute hot towel warm-down. Also, during the day, I did the masturbation routine where you hold your orgasm 5-8 times before releasing it. I do that about twice a week, and for the PE routine, I do a 3 on 1 off routine. I feel that if you work this really hard, it is as good as any routine. Feel free to respond if any questions are needed and if I find any new routines out, I will post those as well. Good luck.

It is a workout that is in the length exercise routines. I believe, that added with a girth exercise, it can add wonders.

I thought you were only supposed to do one Jelq exercise per session. I've found that with too much pressure I actually bruise the head of my penis. Have you had this happen?

That can happen. It's mainly about conditioning, the ability to do more than one jelq variation in a single workout. I can easily do two-three different jelq variations in a workout.
If the bruising isn't bad, as in large blotches, it's nothing to worry about. If they're just "pin-prick" spots then that's perfectly normal after a good workout.
