While trying the A-stretch I couldn’t find out the right grip, maybe due to my flaccid length or to the flexibility of my wrists.
So I adapted the exercise to an easier grip. As I feel it, with almost the same result.

Exercise:
Take the head with the O-grip, the palm of you hand facing downwards.
Perform a good stretch for 5 sec.
Place your other hand on top of the “grip hand” and put your thump under the shaft.
Now lift your thumb and perform a good upwards stretch (leave your “grip hand” in the same position.
Hold it for about 15 sec.

Seems like that would be kind of hard on the thumb in the long run. I've suggested before that those that can't do the proper A-stretch use some other object to stretch over.

Hello and thank you for the comment Ebon00,

I don’t have any problems with my thumbs, they are strong enough. It is my penis that needs some workout.
To get a clearer picture of the exercise I have it visualized.

(I took the liberty of scaling the pic down a little. Makes it easier to "get a grip" on (pun intended). ebon00)

Also, instead of grabbing your wrist on the stretching hand to perform the exercise you can simply stretch out in front and bring your wrist up underneath, kinda like curling but be careful you are not curling a dumbell.
