Hi WangChung - I don't quite understand the question...If you have injured yourself, please be specific in describing the injury so that we may give you the best possible advice...If you are speaking in general, then I would say: take a day or two off before resuming your exercises so as to give the cells in your penis the required time to develop and heal. ;)

Please bear in mind, that all PE programs should be used with caution. Always avoid any unnecessary overtraining.

Afterall, you are working with a very sensitive part of your body and do not want to delay your efforts by causing injury to yourself.

Practice Safety First, my friend.

i just meant if your penis gets "exhausted" from too much exercise. i'm not talking about a specific injury. my question is answered, thanks for the reply.

Just out of curiousity how would anyone know if you are over training or not. Any help would be much appreciated.

Just like in the gym when training your muscles, you will break down some tissue so there’s no growth at this moment. The cells need time to recover, during this recovery they get stronger and bigger. So you can work very hard and don’t see any gains, because you’re doing too much. Sometimes doing less is gaining more.
Be sure to take time enough to recover.
