View Full Version : My first month on the program

Well, I'm starting my 3rd week on the 20-25 min beginners work out plan. I'd like to know if I should continue this plan or consider moving to the intermediate program. Anyone with personal experience on how fast to progress through the plans? I haven't really measured since starting because I want to give the program a good chance to show results. Plus, I don't want to get discouraged right off the bat. Any feedback and encouragement from other members would be great. Last thing, has anyone seen a true improvement in semen volume by just using the exercises or is that something that requires some nutritional supplementation to work. Just curious. I think that you can safely stick with the 20-25 routine for another week. Then bump it up to the next level. Staying away from measuring is a good idea, this stuff takes a little time to work (even though some see results fairly fast) since we're trying to manipulate collagenous structures.

I agree with Ebon on the measuring but sometimes its really hard not to, it'll look bigger and you just wanna know if it actually is.
