Well, I'm starting my 3rd week on the 20-25 min beginners work out plan. I'd like to know if I should continue this plan or consider moving to the intermediate program. Anyone with personal experience on how fast to progress through the plans? I haven't really measured since starting because I want to give the program a good chance to show results. Plus, I don't want to get discouraged right off the bat. Any feedback and encouragement from other members would be great. Last thing, has anyone seen a true improvement in semen volume by just using the exercises or is that something that requires some nutritional supplementation to work. Just curious.
