I have been on the program for 3 weeks, and gained .6 inches in the first week in length, and nothing in girth. Since the first week, I haven't gained anything. My first weeks workout was 3 minutes warm-up, 5 minute long schlong, 5 minute jelq, 5 minute pressed long schlong, 5 min. jelq an hold, horizontal movement, warm-up cloth for 5 minutes, followed by 15 minutes of pc flexes. 3 days on, 1 day off.

My workout I've used the past 2 weeks is a little more advanced, but I have been jelqing for over a year. I start out with the warm up cloth for 3 minutes, followed by 5 min. of long sclong, 5 min. of jelqing, 5 minutes pressed long sclong, 6 minutes jelq an hold, 3 minutes of ferrari pumps, 5 minutes of power stretching, warm-up cloth for 5 minutes and ended with 15 minutes of pc flexes. 3 days on, 1 day off

I need to know if some people always see dramatic results, or if my penis just needs time to adjust after such a dramatic gain. I am surprised that I've stepped it up and not gained anything the past 2 weeks.

Try changing your workout plan, mixing it up a bit with more GIRTH type exercises. Remember intensity is also very important.

You have made some gains which is a start.

No, people don't see gains all the time. There are plateaus and dry spells abound in PE (just like in most physical ventures). Stick with it and I'm sure there's more to come. Patience is of the utmost importance for successful PE.

Hi

Ok well seeing a fellow member not getting anywhere i thought i'd help you out. First off i have to tell you there's no point in taking pro solution pills if your not going to do the penile exercise's. I mean its like taking creatine and not going to the gym!!!

Right well i started my workouts on the first day i got my prosolution pills. I've been on the programme 9 weeks now abit like you. My initial measurments were 6.4"length and 5"girth.

My first months routine was;
5 min warm up, 15 mins jelq, 5 min PC Flex, 15 Mins jelq and hold. 5 Min Warm Down. After 1 month i was 6.8" length and 5.4"girth. So i continued but added bits.

My Second months routine;
5 Min Warm up, 15 Mins Jelq, 5 Min PC Flex, 5 Min long schlong, 10 Mins Jelq and Hold, 5 min Mega Pump, 5 Mins warm down.
After this month i had only gained 0.1" length but 0.5"girth. A bit disappointed in length ebon helped out and i changed things.

Now in 3rd month,
5 Min Warm up, 10 Min long schlong, 15 mins jelq, 5 mins pc flex, 10 mins straight down stretch, 10 mins jelq and hold, 5 mins warm down. Im due to measure in 2 weeks but already i know i've passed nearly 7.2" length, girth im happy with already but i think im at my target of 6".

I did my first month 2days on 1 day off and the rest 3 days on 1 day off, personally i dont think it really matter. Take 1 pill in the morning, 1 about 20 minutes before exercising this helps with blood flow during exercising and 1 and night i think you really should spread it out, basically because if you take all at once most of it is wasted. This is simple because it is filtered by the kidney's as it trys to keep a balance in your blood of the supplements. If your really determined to get gains then start off on what i did i my first month thats providing you can spare 40 minutes a day to do it.
