I have been doing PE exercises now for 1 month 3-5 times a week. I started with the begining exercises in the FMO 1 section. I have now purchased a Jes- extender and a Power-Jelq and have been using them in my PE workout. My workout now consists of: warm-up with hot wraps, 200 jelqs by hand and 100 more with the Power-Jelq , and then using the Jes- extender for 4-8 hours. Big Al mentioned to jelq before doing stretches. Do I still need to do stretching (i.e. Oriental Massage, pan rolls etc.) if I am using the Jes?? Which would you recommend?? Am I doing too much or not enough?? I would like to get flacid/ erect gains. Please advise me as to which exercises I should do and in what order. Thanks!!

I'd say that some manual stretching probably won't hurt. But Pan rolls are an erect exercise that's more about girth than length. It's certainly not a stretching exercise, not in any way I've seen it described anyway.

About the Jes Extender, you are aware of the kind of time you have to put in with this device, right? Their website gives some decent reports of gains from the one study done on this but that was from wearing the device a total of 1100 hours. At 8 hours a day that's about 5 months for a 1" gain.

Them results seem really crap. I dont understand why anyone would wanna wear that device for 8 hours a day for 5 months just to see a 1" gain. Damn why not just do manual jelq's and get a 1" in half that time and also it only takes an 1 hour a day at most. Ahh well i guess some people want an easy route.
