View Full Version : Its good to be back!!!! And a question

I must say that for the past 2 1/2 weeks I haven't felt like I've gotten much out of my workouts, in that time I had been doing my exercises but things just didnt' seem the same as in the first month.

The problem?

I couldn't get to the forum! Between our house guests and my step-daughter not going to her fathers much it became very difficult to get on the boards. Now with a new computer in a location I can browse at any time things feel like they're back on track.

I finished my 7th week and was looking for same changes, Ebon gave me a few suggestions to add and so far I really like them, the Mega Pump was great, I'll definetly keep it in the exercise!

Thanks guys, this forum is definetly the best resource I've had since I started in on my PE.

Now for my question, whats the best direction to Jelq in? Some exercises say to Jelq at 60%-80%, in this state its very easy to Jelq down, should I do so? At times its pretty much rock hard and as such very hard to go down so I go straight out or a little up.

It depends on your goals. Some feel that downward jelqing (or Between The Balls as it's sometimes referred to) is better for length. Partially because you do it only partially erect and also because going downward supposedly lets you stretch your ligs as well. I prefer fully erect jelqs (as hard as I can get at any given moment anyway) but I'm more into girth as we all know.
