Hello Again folks,

First off i would like to thank ALL who replied to my newbiee thread. The replies i got were both informative and encourging (for the most part). I have modified my goals and instead of wanting to increase 3 inches in length i reduced to 2 inches in a span of a few month as it seems to be the more reasonable goal and who knows when i reach it i might not want to gain anymore.

Ok i got my free consulation and i modified slightly and added a few more exercises and i would like people's opinion on this new workout. IS it too much to start or is it fine and if not what modifications can be made. I would very much like peoples input on this and i think this is a new thread cuz i customised the customised workout myself. Please feel free to share your thoughts and suggestions. I am also not sure about the order so any suggestions in that regard will help too

The Workout:

The Wake Up Cloth 3 minutes

Downward stretch 2 mins

The Long Shlong Heli 5 minutes

The Jelq 5 minutes

Pressured Long Shlong 5 minutes

Oriental massage ???

Towel raises 20 reps (workup to 100)

Jelq & Hold 6 minutes

Needling 4 minutes

PC Weighted 4 minutes

Sit Down Stretch 2 mins

The Wake Up Cloth 2minutes

So what do u think. Please note i am just begging the PE journey. Also i am thinking of incorporating the ferrari length AND girth exercises cuz i hear they are one the best and most effective but the website is down so i do not have access to the exercises anymore. I hope it will be back up soon and how can it be incorportated in the above workout.

I would recommend that you don't start doing heavy girth work for a few weeks, since your penis isn't used to all the extra stress, and you may inadvertantly cause injury. The routine you've got looks very varied, so you won't get bored with it.

It ends up as:
15 minutes of stretching
15 minutes of girth/jelqing
5+ minutes of PC flexes
which is very well rounded - so it should suit you well! :)

The order in which to do them... well it's up to you really. You'll have to experiment with it to see what you prefer. Personally, I do stretches, jelqs then girth work, as this seems like a natural progression: as the penis becomes more filled with blood and warmed up, the exercises become more intense. Others like to do them the other way around though, so it's a personal preference.

:) Hi OptoMan - I agree with Anon...Please follow his good advice for a few weeks and then you can begin to slowly incorporate your customized workout.

Thank you very much for both Anon and Edward. i was starting to give up hope on somebody answering but both you came through. Thanks alot.

So just to make sure i got your replies right, i SHOULD stick with the workout i posted minus the ferrari girth exercises and do this for a few weeks and then add the ferrari exercises.

Yes, do the routine without the farraris for 1 month. Then measure - if you've gained, keep up the routine. If you're not happy with your girth gains, add in soe ferraris :)

Thanks again Anon. I am VERY greatful for your reply. I have been a member for a while but kept procastinating cuz i was waiting for my PSP and when i got them i kept procastinating again cuz i didnt know which workout to do. luckily for me both you and Edaward replied back so now i am out of excuses and i am starting the exercises tonight. I will try your suggestion of length then girth workouts and add the ferrari in a month.

One more quick question (sorry!!) should i add the horizontal movements to my intital workout or wait till a month later? Also when do i start switching to the more advanced stretch techniques such as the A-strecth and the pan rolls (i obviously dont think they are appropriate at this stage but any clues as to when i should switching to them)?

I would add in the horizontal movement straight away, as you don't seem to have any exercises directed solely towards girth. Maybe 4-5 minutes worth of it.

Advanced techniques should not be attempted within the first month really, just to be on the safe side. After a month, you'll have an idea of which exercises feel the best for you, and you can adapt your routine.

Hey again Anaon,

I am only 5 x 4 when erect and 2 x 2 when flaccid. I am hoping to reach 8 x 6 erect and 5 x 4 flaccid. Some people this could take two years others said a year. Fine i am ok with that but i would feel very comfortable if i can reach the 7 x 5 at least in a few month (the 4 month mark as outlined by ph in their website).

Tell me what u think of the workout please suggets anything u may find needed to acheive my goals. I have NOT done any pe before but i am shooting for BIG gains asap so i need to have an intense workout (& order) but one that does not injure so give me your opinion. Also do u recommend that i break this workout or do it all at one shot and is doing it at nigh best

The Workout: (3 days on 1 day off)

Finally i hear of other supplements like anglegel or something that peple say helped. I am quite desperate to reach the 7 by 5 mark at leas within 4 month so i am willing to do anything except surgery so any supplements u recommend will help (i thought PSP alone should be enough but i dont feel anything changing in my penis after i take them but i have been taking them for 2-3 weeks only so far so what do u think). Do i need to take 4 a day or what?

Optoman - the routine looks good. It also looks very long and intense for a beginner routine, so I suggest you take it carefully. I also suggest you buy some bigger pants, to contain your new size! Good luck, and let us know how it goes.

On measuring - I would recommend every two weeks, and perhaps a picture every month or so. Keep detailed accounts of what you're doing so you can look back at it later and work out what works best for you.
