I have been PEing for about 2 months and have not seen any gains (atleast im pretty sure I haven't)

My goal for now is length.

Would you care to give me some advice on a good workout?

Make sure. If you didn't measure before starting PE that was a mistake. If you did, measure again now and do it right: full erection (we're talking rock) and measure bon-pressed erect length at a 90 degree angle relative your body.

As for exercise recommendations, what have you been doing so far? I can't tell you where to go unless you tell me where you've been.

I think I may have gained some. It is the day after my day off and I just measured.

I have been tweaking my workout alot latley, maybe this isnt good.

Here is my new workout I will start on today:

Warm up 5mins
Jelq 15mins
Double hand shlong 4/30 secs reps per direction
Jelq and Hold 10mins
Power stretch 10mins
Pc weighted 5mins
Warm down 5mins
Pc felx basic 200 reps 10 reps of 20 felxes

I will start on this today unless you tell me otherwise.

Do you think it is a good workout?

Personally I think you've got a lot of jelqing in there for a length program. It's a pretty long workout, but if you're alright with that then I'd suggest taking out 10 minutes of jelqing and putting 10 more minutes of stretching in. Maybe split the 15 minutes of jelqing that you do into straight jelq and jelq and hold. Then, where your jelq and hold used to be I'd put in a straight down stretch. What do you think, Ebon?

Two problems here. You don't know if you've gained. Without that feedback how will you know if anything's working? And if you don't know if it's working or not, why are you changing your workout?

Pick a well-rounded workout (the one you posted looks as good as any other) and stick with it!!! Make sure you have a before measurement, then spend at least a month on the workout and see what happens.
