I am currently on The Beginners Workout Plan 35-40 Mins

The Wake Up Cloth3
The Long Shlong8
The Jelq10
The Power Stretch 6
Horizontal Movement5
Needling 3
The Wake Up Cloth 2
PC Flex Basic +++

and I was wondering if leaving out needling will affect my results because all needling does is increase my head size and i'm not too concerned about that, and another thing, I have heard that massaging the penis for 1 minute after the workout will help my results. Is there any truth to this?

No, skipping out the Needling part will not affect the rest of the workout, it just means that you may not get as much gain in your head size. If you don't want that, then it's fine :)

Massaging the penis after a workout does no harm - the process will promote circulation and bloodflow, and this is a good thing. So go for it :)
