I have been doing PE for 2 months and was wondering what people thought of my current routine...I do the workout in my bathroom and it usually take between 60-90 minutes...since most of my excercises are timed i use my cell phone to tell how long i've been doing an excercise...
Warm up...I take a shower and after washing myself i turn the shower head to facethe wall and make the water much hoter...i wet a wash cloth with it and wrap my penis with it...i do this several times and when done i dry off and put baby powder all over my penis and testicles to keep it dry and help with grip...
10 minute down stretch...this excercise is just what it says...i stretch straight down to the floor and hold...i usually will switch hands every two minutes(and do a quick head massage in between the hand switch)...i do this standing up becasue i find sitting down uncomfortable while doing any type of PE...
7 reps of long schlong...a rep consists of stretching straigt out for 15 seconds..then right for 15 seconds...then left for 15 seconds...sometimes i will switch hands between reps...(it helps to be ambidextrous)...after each rep i do a head massage while flexing my pc muscle(so i can keep myself flaccid) because by now my head is starting to hurt and part of it is read from blood being forced into it be the stretching...
5 reps of power stretch...a rep consists of stretching straight out, straight up, straight down, left, and right...each stretch is 10 seconds followed by 5 seconds of flexing the pc muscle while stretching...i do head massage while pc flexing in between reps...
Halftime...I call this halftime because this is when i swith to doing girth...since i have to wash off the baby powder anyway(mixing baby powder and baby oil can create a paste that makes it hard to slide your hand on the penis) i take another shower only washing my penis and the whole area....i then do the warm up cloth again with the hot water to get more blood in the area...this is several minutes...
8 minute Horizontal movement...first i drown my penis and testicles in baby oil...i get a full erection and grip the base to the point of choking it...i then do the excercise starting gently and getting much more firm with it as the erection turns into a semi erection...at this point the blood will not escape with my base grip...i oftem have to stop once while doing this because my hand will hurt more than anything...
20 minute jelq...i then move on to this and get my self hard...when i do this first rept i do it slowly and not to intesely....i then do it so each stroke lasts about 4-5 seconds...every 2 or 3 minutes i will beed to masturbate to get hard again...i try to do it straight down...but i just tend to do it straight out...even slightly upward...
2 reps of ferrari mega pump...this is very intense indeed...i just started doing this one...
5 reps of ferrari head squeeze...have been doing this one for 5 weeks now...very intense...
5 reps of ferrari slider blasters...doing thise for 5 weeks as well...when i started he pressure was intense...but now( i do the excercise the same) i feel almost now pressure while doing these...i have tried applying more pressure with my two grips but my hands will hurt before anything...so i am worried that these are no longer working for me
I have been using this routing for a couple of weeks...when i started i used the beginner workout 40 min routine and then the consultation which was very similar and saw almost no gain except for slight girth...also when i started i did 3days on 1off...when i recently i have been doing more like 1 on and 2 off due to my lack of time....i've been busy lately...but in the time of 1 on and 2 off i have gained .5 inch in lenth but not much in girth now...I will now try a 3 on 1 off with this routine since i have time again...
If anyone has any questions, comments, or tips..please let me know...i am always trying to imporve my workouts...
