Head thickness

I was reading through the advanced techniques thread and there some excercises such as the double dry jelq were described...my question is...how does the head of the penis keep up with the shaft in the girth department if blood is always kept out of the head when doing thise types of workouts???

Since you should never do the double dry jelq exclusively it's not a problem. And frankly, if you do that exercise as described you'll feel your head about to explode because of the kegels in between each rep.
