First, try the search. Then, identify your levels of arousal. Do this by yourself. Just masturbate and see how close to climax you can come before you go "over the edge". Once you locate that point you can take steps to work at improving your stamina.

Don't resort to the "I'll think of something unsexy" cure. That can cause bad connections between sex and not sexy that we don't want. Instead, work on "beefing up" your PC muscle to gain more control of your ejaculation. And, when you feel yourself getting close, forcefully contract your abs (I mean really contract). I need to do this search as well, I'd really like to last longer. The wife doesn't like it for a long time, I'd say no more than 10 minutes(and that would be the max) but I'd be happy with 5 minutes at this point.

That's right about contracting the abs , it works WHILE contrating the pc at the same time . Do both as hard as you can simultaneously .
