Hi, I joined penis health a few months ago, and after trying the excercises have found no difference. I have a very small penis (1-2 inches flacid) and I find it virtually impossible to even attempt any of the excerises! Any ideas?

Hard question Leejack as I am not in your shoes. Do the exercises that you can and get intense with them.
At first, a lot of the exercises I tried were hard if not impossible to do. I kept trying and started getting the hang of it. I still struggle and keep it mostly as simple as I can.
Post your routine and I'm sure the guys on this forum will give you feedback.

The answer to your topic question is...No...Assuming that you are referring to PE exercises.

We are here to help you, my friend.

First, I recommend that you register yourself as a member of the Mens-Network Forum. This allows us to become better acquanted as well as to give credit where credit is due.

Second, we need more specific information about your PE workout routine. Please include time and reps where they apply as well as days on and days off for a workout week.

We have lots of members with lots of support.

It's a great place to be.

If you feel that your flaccid length is too small for stretches (which I would argue, it is not) then concentrate on the jelq for a start. It's the best overall exercises in the PE "bag of tricks" and you should have enough erect length to be able to do it.
