alright i been a member for a year now. i havent gained yet. i gained a half and inch b4 but i lost it becuz i got happy and stop exercising right after. ok here my deal. i have erection problem. no its not becuz of a weak pc muscles i do pc flexes it wont do anything. i think it is from jerking off too much honestly i do it alot about as much as i could everyday and all day. my erection problems occured about 2 yrs ago. i notice like sometimes if i take a week off from jerking off and i drink a big 32 oz glass of water before going to sleep i can get a erectrion not as hard as when i was 16 but good enough to have sex with. even when i get an erection like that it falls after like 5-10 sec. so i put condoms on quick and hate it got to the point where i go raw with my girl becuz im scared of losing my erection. ok what i need from you guys is how do i stop jerkling off so much. after every workout in PE i wanna jerk off becuz i get horny. PE helps my erections but i always mess it up with masterbation. if someone can plz help me stop jerking off whats a good way to break this habit. or anything whats a good way to break any habits?
also those r my problems but my plus sides. drinking a 20-32 oz glass of water right before you go to bed helps with erections guys and also helps with how long u can last during sex too. i notice sometimes i go like 4 or 5 times with a girl by doing this. also if u jelq with a fuly erection penis about 100 reps and then while still fully erect hold the base and just jelq with the other hand (i clal one handed jelq) 100 more times. this is a key to girth along with ferrari mega pump only 5 reps. i mean no lie guys this increases girth so much and youll see gains quicky becuz standing up my erect lenth is 5.5 and sitting down its 6.0 in lenth guess becuz it curves down a lil i see more when i spread my legs sitting. im not that long but my penis is thick from exercising like that and every girl i be with says im there best even over guys who had 9 inches no lie. may wanna try that. sorry this post was long i want help and also wanted to help hope there is help for me thank anyone who can help me.

Yep, sounds like your erection problems would be cured if you cut down on the masturbation. Now this may sound a little harsh... but have you ever considered jacking off on your off days ONLY? Let's say for arguments sake that you are doing a 2 on 1 off- split routine. That would still leave you with 2-3 jerk off days per week. That's how I do it. And I really get a kick outta them ''special'' days, it just feels better if you only do it every now and then. Plus you get the added bonus of increased energy, which is the result of your sex drive kickin in full gear (masturbation tends to temporarily deplete your body of testosterone). That is a raw source of energy which can be tapped into and used for other purposes as well, such as sports or weight lifting for example.
And about post-PE masturbation... that definitely is NOT a good thing. It basically puts your dick in a coma, and you don't want that to happen after exercising. On the contrary, YOU should go to sleep feeling hot and bothered after a workout(if you do your workouts in the evening), which will ensure that you'll be dreaming of pussy all night and having a steady blood flow to your dick while sleeping.
But, you CAN always do some half-way masturbation after the workout. Just watch some porn and jerk off but don't cum, go to the brink and then stop. This might actually benefit you, PE wise.
If you're truly serious about making gains you should learn some discipline and self control in this issue (don't wanna sound like I'm giving you a lecture, but that's just the way it is ;) ). A good PEer will be willing to make certain sacrifices to achieve his goals.
But... If you absolutely neccesarily MUST do it every day, then try to do it either 3 hours before or 3 hours after your workout session to minimize the negative effects.
BTW, how exactly does drinking a big glass of water before going to bed help with erections?? Just curious... :)
ya, this probly wont help too much, but man its all menta, all self control. i use to be the same way except instead of jacking off every chance i get, now i do PE. your still playin with it, just think of the long term,
if u want a big dick later, suffer now and get through the exercises without jacking off until 2 to 3 hours later.

Yea, I went through a period where I jacked off too much and the hardons got softer an softer.
I backed off and try to keep it down to every 2 or 3 days either jacking off or fucking. My hardons are back to being rock hard now due to temperance and PE.

So you've gained nothing but you've added girth? Interesting observation. It's not all about length you know (which you seem to realise).
tom has the right idea: it's all mental. If you're so lacking in self-control that you have to blow your load then you really need to work on your discipline.

So you've got erection problems and can't keep it hard for your girlfriend... but you drink water before bed and can last 4-5 times...? Care to elaborate? And would it really be considered an erection problem if you can get hard as long as you don't use a condom...?

hey whats up guys. the drinking a big glass of water works for me. i drink so much so when i wake up in the morning my penis is hard and i have to pee so bad. i guess the water getting me hard helps me with my erections. and i guess since water has oxygen and thats what u suppose to drink when u run and exercise thats why i can cum 4 times sometimes. what i mean about my penis fallin is, u guys get hard how long can u sit there and look at a girl and it stay up? mine just falls in seconds. it will only stay up if im in sex motion. even if i take my time switching positions or putting on a condom it falls. i really think masterbation is my problem becuz if i do take a week off my erections do last longer and are harder i guess my testostrene increases and im more excited. is there anything else no one understands?
