Hi. I was just wondering the best workout routine to get the maximum gains for starting out. I hear the most significant gains are made within the first couple of months. I have been doing PE for 3 weeks now and just two days ago started taking pro solution pills. I just wanted to be able to maximize my gains, so if anybody has any suggestions let me know. Thanks.

Oh ya, my routine is bascially this right now.

The Wake Up Cloth 5 minutes
The Long Shlong 5 minutes
The Jelq 5 minutes
Pressured Long Shlong 5 minutes
Jelq & Hold 6 minutes
PC Weighted 4 minutes
The Wake Up Cloth 5minutes

Total time: 35 minutes.

OK, here it is again: individual results may vary. There's no "magic routine" that will give you the best results. Technically there is of course but that routine will be different for almost everyone. No cookie-cutter routine will be able to take into account your particular circumstances and starting stats. It's about experimenting. I know guys who've had absolutely no results from manual stretching but who gained once they started hanging (and vice versa). It's an individual's game, play it that way.

For the beginner, I still recommend a basic routine with a few basic exercises so that it's easy to get into the program. Structure your program in a length-girth manner, doing your stretches first and the jelq variations after. (Not least because of the lube you use for jeqling.) Then just get to it. Do the work and don't overthink.
