I read that stretching longer could help get more gains after they're dried up. I stretch for 45 seconds per rep, and I'm wondering if I should do less reps with longer time, or do as many reps as I used to with extended time. I used to do 4 reps of 15 second long schlong, I now do two 45 second reps. Should I keep 4 reps and have them last 45 seconds?

I think you should do more than that... not necessarily longer reps but rather more of them. Otherwise 45 secs is just fine.. BUT if you can hold your grip in place for like a minute, it would be even better of course.
So your idea to increase the number of reps to 4 sounds good. Maybe even 5 or 6 reps would be in order.
How did that break from PEing work out for you, BTW?

No, sorry, I meant that I do 2 in front of me, 2 to the left, 2 to the right and 2 a stretches (the rest long schlongs). I haven't seen any results yet from the break, but my cock is healed.
