ive been pe'ing for about a month and i cant really say ive seen any results yet, but my penis does hang longer.. im 6 1/2 inches hard and 5 inches around really all im after is girth maybe 1/2 inch in length..my rountine in 3 min warm up, 5 min long shlong, 8 min jelq, and 8 min horizantal movement then warm down and flexs........should i start a longer rountine and should i change it up every other week to maybe shock my penis......thank you...one more question...ive read about rare cases relating to fast growth. what is a realistic time range to really see good results i know eveyones different but how long on the average should it take........thanks

Increase your intensity level.

Make sure that you have included two rest days within the week...such as: 3-days on, 1-day off -or- 2-days on, 1-day off.
