I submited like 3 or 4 times already with no reply. Anyway, after reading through the forums i think I came up with a good routine for my self:
3 min. warm up
5 min. each direction long shlong (total of 25 min.)
10 min. jelq
somtimes a few pressured shlongs or heli
3 min. warm down
2 days on 1 day off
i have been doing pe for about a month now. my main goal is length, flaccid and erect. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks
