I submited like 3 or 4 times already with no reply. Anyway, after reading through the forums i think I came up with a good routine for my self:

3 min. warm up
5 min. each direction long shlong (total of 25 min.)
10 min. jelq
somtimes a few pressured shlongs or heli
3 min. warm down
2 days on 1 day off


i have been doing pe for about a month now. my main goal is length, flaccid and erect. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

sounds good to me...

though what are ur gains so far?

and do u feel that ur penis is really worked after u are done ur routine..

those are the main questions u need to ask when doing a routine...

when u are done if it feels "worked" and u are noticeably hanging longer... than it was a successful workout....

if u are not seeing gains however, i would suggest adding more variety.

Another question,

My main and pretty much only goal is length, so could I maybe leave out the jelqing and focus more on stretching? Will only stretching be enough for solid gains or is it necessary that it is accompanied by jelqs?
