Hi everyone I have been reading a lot of posts and trying to find some advanced length exercises. I have read that the ferrari exercises are suppose to be amazing for girth so I was wondering if there were similarly amazing exercises for length. I currently stand at 6" EL and 6" EG so as you can see i have plenty of girth at the moment. This is why I am trying to focus on length so if anyone could share some knowledge on some very effective exercises that would be amazing. Thanks

I actually also have a few other questions about PE exercises. When I do my stretches for length after a few i get these red bubbles on the tip of my penis. like one on each side of the hole. They are big bubbles and sometimes they look as if they are going to burst. To me it looks like it just means that i am getting a good workout and i should relax for a second and let them subside a little then keep going. I as curious though.. does this mean i am working out to hard and i should not pull as hard... looking for some expert advice here. Also, after i finish my workout the head of my penis is very sensitive is this how it should be?

As you probably know, most length exercises are just variations of the basic long schlong. There really isn't a counterpart to the ferrari exercises that targets length, and a lot of people who are after serious length gains progress to hanging once they've reached a plateu (which I wouldn't personally recommend since the risk of injury is a lot higher). But if you check out the advanced techniques-sticky, you'll find some good stuff, like the double stretch, which stretches both the ligs and the tunica.

I discovered a killer stretching exercise just recently on thundersplace. I described it in my ''Am I really getting a good enough stretch??'' thread... you might wanna give it a try. When done correctly the stretch is unbelievable!
What is your current length routine, BTW?

And you seem to have the red spots problem? Don't worry, those tend to heal by themselves in time, and they are indeed an indicator that you are getting a good workout. But if your dickhead gets really sore and the spots won't go away on their own it is best that you take a short break from PEing to avoid injury.

Or is this something else? I'm not 100% sure that this is red spots we're talking about...

I got one question for ya: how did you gain such an impressive girth or were you just born with it?

hiya length, i also used to get the red 'bubbles' on my dick head after a good stretch routine, i read in a previous thread somwhere that wrapping a square of toilet paper around the head helps with gripping and what not, anyway ive been utilizing this technique when stretching, and not only does it help with gripping, but i no longer get those 'bubbles' anymore. My dickhead is still very red and a little sore afterward, but i no longer get the bubbles, you might wanna try it, works for me ;)

Thanks for the reply you two.. I will have to try the toilet paper thing the next time i do PE( tomorrow :) ).... as for how i got this girth Shafty... i was lucky enough to be blessed with a short chubby fella . As for my exercise schedule i just stepped it up a notch... i am doing 3 days on 1 day off i just started this new schedule it is all stretches


Warm Up
Long Shlong 5 / each 30 sec
Long Shlong Heli 10 / each 30 sec (10x3)
Pressured Long Shlong 5 / each 30 sec
The A- Stretch 5 reps( 5 minutes)
Dry Jelq 10 min
Warm Down

Hopefully i will see some EL increases soon .... cause i am getting a little discouraged right now but i am trying to stay positive. As for that V-stretch that you referred to SHafty i think i will try that during my next routine and see how it feels.. thanks for the advice again.

If anyone else has any other stretching techniques i would love to hear about them.. Thanks again

Looks like you have a good stretching routine with plenty of variety. I'm sure you'll gain eventually, just stick to it and never lose hope!

If you try the V-stretch, you might also wanna use the thumb of your free hand for extra pressure, kinda like in the pressured schlong. I can't imagine a more brutal stretching than what I experienced when I tried that! It actually hurts like hell if you press down with your thumb too hard, and you can almost hear the ligs popping and snapping!
