if and whin to in creas my exercises because i have been doing this for about one month and all i have grown is about a hafe inch so please let me know some thing if you can thank you.

By now you should be working out for about 45 min per session...give or take depending on the excercises...also, a half inch gains is not bad for a month...it's pretty good...and you wont always gain a half inch per month...think of it this way...if you were to gain a half inch every month....you would have increase a full 3 inches after 6 months....and a full 6 inches after just one year...but that wont happen...i'm just trying to show you that you have made good gains.

yeah thats definately a good gain... but yeah typically i would say increase ur routine length by like 20% each month... or increase intensity or a mix of the two.

This whole instant gratification mentality has got to stop. You've gained 1/2" in 30 days and you're not happy... Think about what you're actually trying to do here: you're restructuring cells in a part of your body. Thinking that it will happen overnight is like obese people thinking that if they find the right diet they'll be slim in 3 weeks.

Settle down and get ready for some hard work over a long period of time. The routine you're doing is obviously working. Stick with it.
