I stopped taking Vig-Rx a month ago and started taking pro-plus pills, but now my erections are not as hard. I still do as many pc-flexes as I used to, and I still PE, but my erections are not nearly as hard as they used to be. Anyone know what might be the cause? I have an hour an a half workout that I do 3 days on 1 day off. It's 20 minutes of long schlong with 8 reps of 45 second stretches, followed by 15 minutes of jelqing with trapping, followed by 7 minutes of pressed long schlong followed by 25 minutes of various ferarri jelqs and ended with 20 minutes of power stretches/a-stretches that I hold for 45 seconds each. Perhaps I'm overdoing it. I haven't seen any gains in well over a month, and I have been PEing for over 3 months. I also take 2 lysine pills a day with 2 l-arginine pills a day. Any ideas as to why I have such weak erections?

well there might be a problem with those pills your taking, DONT TAKE lysine pills and Larginine pills at the same time. chemically there is something that it does to your system that isnt good for u at all, i have both like you but i take the lysine in the morning, and the larginine at night, try to take them 3 hours apart.

hope it helps

I'd say your overdoing things a bit here. Cut back to a really basic program for a while (just dry jelq and do squat-down stretches, 15-20 min each). And allow for a little more rest for the next week. If you have been overtraining you need to recover.

If I cut back, will I gain? Or will I just recover. I took a week off a couple weeks ago. I think it might be the larginine and lysine I've been taking.

Here's the thing. Before you can gain, you have to recover. Without recovery the adaptive responses won't be made. So, if you are overtraining you have to allow yourself to recover before you can gain again. Simple as that. And I still think that 90 min is too much.
