Hi everyone,
I have been a member for quite sometime now, and I haven't strted PEing yet. I wwould like to start on Thursday. All i want to know is if having sex with my girlfriend everyday is a bad thing. Please let me know. And what is the best rxercises for me sto start off with. I am looking for for girth mainly. I have about 25 minutes to exercise. Let me know very soon please. And please respond. Especially you, Ebono.

just make sure that the sex comes after or before 3 to 4 hours of PE. make sense? in other words, have sex, then wait 3 to 4 hours, then do PE, or do PE then wait 3 or 4 hours to have sex

If you are having sex with your girlfriend, and you are pleasuring her, then I would not worry to much whether the PE excercises are being interuppted. Excercise when you can, but if you are having sex with your gf, don't worry about the PE

Josloppy, if you start a regime of PE that is benifical to the enlargment of your cock you may not want to have sex every day with your girlfriend. You just might have to take a break from time to time. PE is not an easy physical activity. Your cock will be tired.
Imagine If you worked construction every day, lifted heavy objects, moved tons of equipment and pretty much worked yourself into the ground.
Would you feel like going to the gym and lifting weights?
Same with PE. After you really stressed the little monkey you will not feel much like anything except giving him a hot wrap and having the girlfriend either clean the house or cook dinner.

It is sound advice to slow down having sex or masturbation some during exercise programs. Growth of the penis is done with a combination of a regimented exercise program, good eating habits, etc. Excessive ejaculation lowers the testosterone level. This in turn effects HGH which is the human growth hormones. They all tie in together. I suggest doing your jelqing exercises early in the am and wait at least 3 hours before having sex. Stretches on the other hand can be done in the evening (split routine). Stretches can be done anytime you get a chance, going to the bathroom on break, during lunch etc. Whenever privacy allows. Stretches are less dependent on HGH, such as stretching the tunica and rebuilding of the mictrotears produced when doing them. Stretches downward serve to lengthen the ligaments thus allowing more of the inner penis to come out, a lower hang. Stretches upward tend to isolate the tunica. Both serve to help lengthen the penis. BTW - Most men have at least 2" or more of available inner penis. Stretches unlike jelqing do not require " healing time" unless you damage yourself and cause pain that lasts for hours or days. I belive that if you stop and start stretches on a cycle allowing rest days as it goes, the Tunica albuginea, the sheath that surrounds the Corpus Cavernosum, the two large columns of erectile tissue on penile dorsum, that make you erect, will toughen and inhibit growth.

Welcome Maestrin, I'm glad to see you made your first post. Keep em coming. Yes, unlike working for girth, stretching does not have a refractory period requirement. Use some common sense though, if you get sore, back off a little for a day or so.

I am going to stretch everyday and see what happens. I have been PEing for 3 months doing the routine 2 days on 1 day off and have no gains yet, maybe with this change the gains come.

I was just wondering if it was OK to stretch everyday? I know the penis isn't a muscle, but when you do exercise your muscles they need a recovery period, like the penis, but you can still stretch everday even with that recovery period. I was wondering if the same would be true for PE'ing. Following the 3 on 1 off routine, would it be OK to stretch on the off days, or do the ligs and tunica need a recovery period as well?
