after performing kegals for a period of time and gradually working up in reps, should one be able to do more of them in a row without losing the erection?

Kegals serve to strengthen the muscle. They pc muscle is used to stop ejaculation, pump in more blood during execises and stop urination and does assist in maintaining an erection. The exercise also helps improve overall prostate health. Kegals can be done anytime, in a car, at your desk etc. Doing them erect is unusual unless it is to stop ejaculation. The kegal paramount to growth in PE. You should be doing at least 300 per day and increase by 100 each week until you are doing at least 500 per day. I personally do 1500-2000 per day or more. Stopped counting. Kegals in exercise exhaust the pc muscle so that when stretches are done you hit the ligs with more force instead of fighting the the pc muscle and reducing the effect of the stretch.
