Was just wondering from anyone who has done PE (for short or long periods of time) made gains and then stopped

how permanent were ur gains.... girth and length... and did u notice that one seemed to be more permanent than the other..

i ask because a while back on a chat room a person worked out for 3-4 weeks and gained and inch in length... they had to take off a week because of lots of work on something... and when they came back they had lost some length

it seems to me that length would be easier to lose since ur stretching the suspensory ligament and lack of would cause it not to be as elastic... would girth be more permanent then because u are actually changing cell structure???

Mainly i wanna use this program from 3-9 months... see gains and then basically leave it alone altogether (still doing kegals and the occaisonal jelq session)

is this possible or should i continue to do 1-2 maintenace sesssions aweek forever after i c gains in order to keep them?

is pounding pussy like a maniac! keep your dick so often in that hole that even if you lose some size you wont see it or even notice it...

Gains for me have been permanent. I lost about 0.1-0.2" EL in a three-year period and I attribute that more to erection quality than actual loss in length (it's also small enough to be a measurement error).

I can understand the reasoning but in a way, even if the gains weren't permanent there's really no reason not to do PE. If the gains were't permanent all you'd have to do was keep doing it. 20-30 min a day of exercise indefinitely doesn't sound that bad once you consider the advantages. :)
