View Full Version : Beginer, what excercises can I do to get a lotta length gains?

Hey, I just siged up here, so Im new at this. But i have been doing stretches and jelqs for a couple of weeks. I havent seen any gains yet. So what are some good stretching excercises to start up on? thanks

Just basic stretches. Straight down will probably give you the intial gains since the length there comes from stretching the ligaments. But cover your bases. And give it time, you have to do the work and do it well.

Yes, but is there any specific kind of stretches that ican besides, the downward and side stretches? If so id really appreciate anyone with info. thanks

Check the Advanced Techniques sticky at the top of this forum. There are a few more stretches in there. However, don't make the mistake of thinking that there's one "magic" stretch that is better than the rest. They all do pretty much the same thing and none of them work unless you put some real effort and persistance behind them.
