Thanks for replying to my other question. I have another question for you guys. Could you please make up a routine for me, more girth than length though. And where can i find one of those tape measures (flexible tape measure) so I can get better measurements. Thanks again.

Anyway, for girth I've posted several routins over the last couple of months. The one I posted for cyclops1978 (which you can find here (http://mens-network.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=2320) ) should work well. Be careful though, it's not for the beginner and you need to get aquainted with the exercises first. (Exercise descriptions are available in the Advanced Techniques thread at the top of this forum.)

You can usually find a tape measure at a general hardware store...
