tiny bumps

Hey everyone got a question and was wondering if anyone can answer it for me. I'm not sure if it's because if the exercises or not, but I'd just started noticing tiny little white bumps around the base of my head(penis). Is this normal? Cause i'm not sure. Thank You

Depends on how they look really. Some venerial diseases come with similar symptoms but I have a feeling that this is just ordinary papules. If so they're not dangerous but they won't go away either. The only way to know for sure is to have a certified professional (read: doctor) take a look at them.
