Ive heard alot of yu guys talking about the helicopter stretches and the long shlong stretches. could some one please tell me what they are and how to do them?

If you want pictures, movies, and descriptions of these exercises you can join penis health, and their web site has all of these features. If you would like a very simple description, I'll try.
Long Schlong: Flacid penis, O-grip right behind the head. Stretch straight-out and hold for for a minimum of 15 seconds. Longer stretch times as you get more experienced. Then stretch to the right, then the left, then up, then down. Obviously, you repeat the hold pattern for each of the different directions.
Long Schlong Heli: Start like a normal LS then do an upward LS, then do a slow helicopter motion, working your ligs in a slow round the clock stretch. The Heli motion should be about 10 seconds. Like I said, slow!
