I've been in the program for about three weeks. would I benefit more or less if I went from the beginners workout of 20mins to the advanced workout of 7-10? If I can do the exercises correctly whats the difference?

Build up slowly. This is a very long-term thing you've embarked on, I hope you realise that. So don't be in a hurry to add to your workout. (Three weeks is next to nothing, really.) Are you seeing gains? Does the workout make you feel, well, worked?

it seems that even though I have been doing the program for about a month that the only real gains that I've seen is that my penis looks and feels healthier. I'm having some serious trouble not getting an erection when shlonging. If I ejaculate before I exercise how long will it set me back?

Hi tatum,

You have to do the Shlong exercises with a flaccid penis. The exercises are mainly for gaining length. The girth exercises are done when the penis is 50 – 60% erect.
Be sure to do the exercises in the proper way, you can find a very good explanation on the Penis-Health website.
Don’t ejaculate just before or after your work-out, this will slow down the blood flow. This you definitely need for a good recuperation.

Even though you've been doing the program for a month? This takes a lot longer than that usually. You're trying to actually reconfigure tissue here and that doesn't happen overnight. Rejoice in the positive effects you've seen so far ("looks and feels healthier") and keep plugging away.
