I got a question on PE exercise. I just want to know is I can do those exercise without sitting down. You know the thing is I can't perform those exercise by sitting down. There is anyway that I can do those exercise by standing up. Exercise such as Horizontal Movement and Long Shlong. For the Long Shlong exercise I'm not stretching enough and I have a hard time slowing town my erection. Can I chang that Long Shlong exercise with Long Shlong Heli. Because Long Shlong Heli is a lot easier and you can stand up to do it. Please Respond thank you.

There is no reason why the long schlong or the horizontal movement cannot be performed while standing. That is the way that I do both of those exercises. You can increase the intensity of your stretch by doing the LS while sitting, but sitting is not a requirement. Horizontal Movement is a girth exercise and standing is a fine position for that. The LS Heli is a good change of pace after you have performed the LS for a period of time. I would suggest that you get in a good 3 or 4 weeks of Long Schlong before switching to the Heli. The whole point is to try different things and find something that works.

So are you saying that I can perform Long Shlong exercise by standing up. You know the thing is when I do Long Shlong exercise were I'm sitting I have a hard time controling my erection. It's happen all the time. After I pull the penis for 10 second and message my penis head. Next time I pull is again my penis get harder. Can you tell me how to slove this problem. So standing is ok for long shlong exercise right. Thank You.

Yes! standing is fine for the long schlong. Just remember to concentrate on your intensity, In response to your instant erections. Do your stretch first. If you become erect, then do PC exercises. Usually, these will quickly reduce your erection. Then stretch, and then PCs. I think that you will find that as you become more experienced with PE the erections from exercising your penis will become less frequent. Until then alternating stretchs with PC will allow you to get your length exercises completed when you are in a reasonably flacid state.
