I am a 66 year old who had the misfortune of having a thing called Peyronies back in 1998. Over the years my erections got softer and bent preventing the ability of having sex with my wife. I accidently found this site about 3 months ago and have been working out as regularly as possible and I have made modest gains but nothing to brag about. My wife had passed away about 21` months ago, but I am hoping beyond hope that this program will help me to restore my erections to a normal state. Then if there ever does happen to be another somone in my life at least I will have something to offer besides popcorn in the evening. I am doing the stretching for 10 min, and jelg and the jelg and hold for a total of 10 min. With a 3 min warm up and a 2 min warm down. This program was given me by somone there for my custom workout. Should I be doing more?

If you've been at it for the full 3 months it's time to step thing sup a little. Just up the duration on your exercises and make sure that you do them intensely.
I should say that the, as of yet, unavoidable decline that comes with age can only be offset so much. If you have been taking good care of your body, and I do mean good care, for the past 60 years "normal" erections (meaning hard enough for penetration) might be within your reach. If you've been a long-time smoker and/or has indulged in fatty foods (especially those containing saturated fats) your capillaries might be beyond help and then nothing will help.

Thank you for the information, I was wondering if you have any recomendations for the girth in addition to what I am already doing.

In the original post I had stated the peyronies I had was in 98, but I had mistyped it. It was in 89, however I doubt if it makes much difference.

Jburk,
DLD has been working with many people with Peyronies and is widely known to work one one on one to help. He will set up a specific exercise plan for you to target correcting your curvature. Yours for the asking. He has many exercises that help to correct curvature. I myself have memberships to 4 different forums and will probably in all likelyhood join this one. Each are a source of good information. Good luck.
