Man, talk about feeling stupid (and sore)!
I just finished two nights of PE workouts. This is my first night off. Last night went great but the first night was horrible. Let me explain.
My workout was going great until I got to the jelq. It just didn't seem to be going right. Skin kept pulling up. The stroking was hard. It hurt a little. I was really sore afterwards. But hey, I thought, no pain, no gain, right?
I went on through the other exercises with no problem until I got to the horizontal movement. Again, it was hard, it hurt a little and I was a little sore afterwards.
On to night two.
I decided to double-check all of my instructions just to make sure I had everything down right and new how long to do each exercise. I read a lot closer this time. When I got to the jelq and horizontal movement instructions I saw something new. Hey, what's this about lubrication?!
Wow, what a difference a little lubrication makes!!
Remember, when all else fails, read the directions!
Good luck everyone...
