Man, talk about feeling stupid (and sore)!

I just finished two nights of PE workouts. This is my first night off. Last night went great but the first night was horrible. Let me explain.

My workout was going great until I got to the jelq. It just didn't seem to be going right. Skin kept pulling up. The stroking was hard. It hurt a little. I was really sore afterwards. But hey, I thought, no pain, no gain, right?

I went on through the other exercises with no problem until I got to the horizontal movement. Again, it was hard, it hurt a little and I was a little sore afterwards.

On to night two.

I decided to double-check all of my instructions just to make sure I had everything down right and new how long to do each exercise. I read a lot closer this time. When I got to the jelq and horizontal movement instructions I saw something new. Hey, what's this about lubrication?!

Wow, what a difference a little lubrication makes!!

Remember, when all else fails, read the directions!

Good luck everyone...

Welcome bfollowell, you are on your way to becoming a PE Jedi Master.

Your journey has just begun. Many things will happen to your mind and cock as you assend the stairways to having a larger cock.

Just ask questions to the men on this forum. Some may have some experience you can rely upon.

Bfollowell, try Baby Gel with Vitamin E. A little goes a long way.

By the way, just between me you and everyone on this board, I used hand lotion for the first week when I started.

I can't read too good either. Talk about a sore Dick!!!

Mother of God!!!!!

It took me a month to get over it but now my dick glows!!!!!

I have done dry jelqing pretty much since the beginning. I have not done jelqing wet since about 2 months after beginning PE. I have been doing PE for about a year and a half. The easiest way to do them is in the sitting position. I place my overhand grip(as close to the pelvic bone as possible) and form the upside down ok sign with a loose grip. Then, I do a pelvic thrust foreword into my hand while ensuring the grip is slightly tight enough to hold the skin in place and then place a tight grip ( the skin around the penis and head area should be drawn tight). At this point I kegal in as much blood as I can, usually up to 3 kegals holding tight and releasing my grip only enough to let the extra blood in and then start my jelq as usual in a slow and deliberate movement. Usually lasting anywhere up to ten seconds. As I approach the head I start to reverse the pelvic tilt back so as to allow for extra skin to complete the jelq stroke. I stop stroke before going over the head to minimize irritation. The key is not to let your hand slide across the skin. Hope this helps. One of the greatest advantages to dry jelking is no cleanup afterward and workouts are much more intense. You can also mix it up with stretches during your routine. Give em a try, you'll like em. Other advantages include minimizing the skin stretch at the base and not having the " rolls" of skin that come with doing jelqing. Those who have done them for any length of time know about this. They are folds of skin at the fat pad area.
