I've only just started PEing (1 week ago) and I've been finding the long shlong exercises quite painful. The pain is isolated in the head of my penis. I think this could be due to the fact that I may be stretching or squeezing too hard as I don't know the correct amount of pressure to apply. Also. How important is it to pull back the foreskin because I find it more comfortable to leave it covered?
Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm new at this too just started 2 weeks ago. You might want to squeeze less and consintrate on the stretch. You only need to squeeze hard enough to get a solid grip. I've also heard of other members adding towlet paper to the head of the penis to help grip. Give that a try hopefully it helps.

Don't get too bogged down in the specifics. The idea is basically to grab your penis, and pull. However you do it should be comfortable for you, so if you don't want to roll your foreskin back, don't. Also, try using an overhand grip (a standard "o" grip, but with your thumb underneath the penis). I found the Long Shlong hard until I started doing this.

I came up with a new method of gripping recently, and I'd recommend you give it a shot. It makes for a less painful stretching session and also allows you to keep the grip in place longer.
So, first off you roll the foreskin back, then take a square of toilet paper, and... well, this is kinda hard to explain, but I'll try:
Normally you'd just wrap the square of paper around your cock head in a random way, right? Now the square of toilet paper, as any other rectangular shape, resembles a diamond when you rotate it slightly. Here's what you do: you take the cock head and lay it on to the paper square so that it lies on one of the four corners. Then you wrap the paper around the cock head, and if you've done this right it should look like your cock head is wearing a ku klux klan hood, or a priest's hat or something similar (haha!)! :D

Give it a try, if you could make any sense of my explanation. ;)
