When lifting weights I build up to a certain number of reps and sets. With PE exercises what is a good starting point and how many should be my goal. I'm a new member and have worked up to two sets of 60 reps. Is this enough?
2 sets of 60 reps of what? Are you lifting dumbells with your penis? :)
Have a look at the beginner routines on the penis-health.com members section, they're ideal. If you don't want to sign up, here's a good one:
Hot wrap - 5 minutes
Long Shlong - 5 minutes
Jelq - 10 minutes
Horizontal movement - 5 minutes
Hot wrap - 5 minutes
Total: 30 minutes
Do that 3 on, 1 off. After three or four weeks, up the length a bit.
