I will be starting the execise soon tell me are these execise done every day
Most PE'ers believe that rest is as important as exercise. To this end, I exercise 3 days on, 1 off, then 2 on and 1 off (makes up 7 days). 3 on 1 off is very popular, as is 2 on 1 off, or every other day. It's really down to personal preference, but make sure you do take at least one day off a week.
if u are able to perform the exercises everyday then u probably aren't doing them with enough intensity... especially when u start out... after two days in a row of a good intensity workout ur penis will probably feel fairly worn out on the third day
no one i have ever talked too has expressed that they have done anymore than 3 days at a time but in the end it is up to u... but there should definately be (even if ur penis doesn't feel worn out) at least 1-2 rest days a week for growth

Well let me the first, I do PE 7 days a week, I take no days off unless something else interferes and I know several (50+) that follow suite. Some exercises are not done everyday as in advanced exercises but as far as jelqing, kegals and stretches...... every day. I use split routines. Just with jelqing, I the vary amount of time done, the intensity or even if the routine compassed entirely with jelqing I still do them every day. I mix my routine up so as not to stagnate growth. As in any exercise.... Example: Use a 5 pound dumbell for curls and do 5 sets of twenty curls only. At first it does some good, without adding weight, changing angles, varying intensity, etc. you would quickly stop getting any benefit from what you are doing. Make the changes so that you do not become acclimated to what exercises you are doing. Don't be afraid to try other exercises, just use common sense and listen to your body. It will tell you when you've went too far. Those who gain the most do so because tho do the most. Don't be afraid to push yourself a little after a month or so of PE. Just be consistant .
