i started this program about 2 weeks ago. unlike most people i wasn't really skeptical b/c when i was in my late teens i was about 5 1/2, but now in my early 30's i'm about 6 1/2 due to normal wear & tear.
so far, i haven't noticed an increase in length, but the increase in girth is unmistakably noticable, especially the base of my tool has considerably broadened.
my questions are:
1. does the initial increase in girth naturally precede an increase in length?
2. is it better to start your PC exercises before the main exercises (i.e. jelq & long shlong) or after? on the website it says before, but the free consultation recommended after.
3. with regard to PC exercises, is it better to be fully erect or partially?
4. i manage 100-120 PC reps. after 5-10 PC reps, my penis begins to lose its full erection & it takes me a few seconds of manipulation to be full again. it takes me about 20-25 minutes to do my PC reps. is that normal?
5. i don't really feel any impact from the long shlong exercises, but i do very much with the jelq. so instead of doing 5 minutes of long shlong & 5 minutes of jelq, i do about 20-25 minutes of the jelq & hold, b/c my understanding is that it increases girth & length at the same time, killing 2 birds with 1 stone. do you recommend this as a substitute for doing the long shlong & jelq seperately?
6. after the exercises, does it help to stimulate yourself for 20-30 mins w/o ejaculation? does this increase blood flow or should you just leave it upon completing exercises?
