What age should you be to perform these exercises? What would you say the minimum age would be? Could you sustain injury from performing simple exercises such as the Long Shlong or the Sit Down Stretch? Thanks for the help!
Hi terminal,
The exact age the body is full grown is different for every individual. Young men stop growing around the age of 18, but the genitals may develop even some time afterwards. The safe minimum age to start PE so can vary between 18 and perhaps 20.
The exercises you suggest will do no harm if you start at a low intensity and off course after a good warm-up session.
Be careful,
Yves

Would performing these exercises cause harm at an age of 17, or perhaps even 16? What damage could be caused if beginner exercises such as the Long Shlong exercises are performed on a penis that has not completely reached full maturity?

It would be nice to have professional PE trainer certified by the Medical association.
In the accepted sports like gymnastics, weight lifting, baseball, snow skiing, etc. no age is too young.
Has anyone heard of a professional PE trainer that actually has a PE gym?
Better yet, what about a professional BC trainer for women? I would take a crack :) at that position!
Could be a career for some of you guys!!!!!
Hi terminal
Do not start at 15; better wait for a few years. You can start however with the total health of your body. Keep your weight under control, on a fat body the penis looks smaller because it’s partly hidden in the fat. So you see you can start already.
