the workout i am currently doin says to do the long shlong for 5 minutes, but i have a problem maintaining a flacid penis all the way through this exercise it can take me up to 4 minutes to stretch 5 times for 15 second because i have to wait for my dick to get limp so should i only work out for the 5 minutes including the time it takes to regain limpness, or should i do a certain amount of reps? Please help guys.

It’s a normal beginner’s problem, when you get used to the extra contact with your penis the problem will fade away.
Doing some PC-flexes (Kegels) you can prevent or reduce your erection.

Thanks for the tip i will try that next work out. I am really curious as to whether or not I should only do the long shlong for a total of 5 mins because that only allows me to get a few reps in. If I do the amount of reps that would be equal to 5 consequtive minutes of the long shlong it can take me up to 20 mins. I will diffenatly take your advice but until I really get used to this exercise should I only work out for 5 mins or do as long as it takes to get a good amount of reps in?
I read while I'm stretching. I usually browse through PE forums actually.. (I'm warming up right now :)).

Just do the 5 minutes long shlong session, now with a partial erection you can go on with a basic Jelq for 5-8 minutes. Normally after the Jelq the erection is minimized so you can start again with a stretch exercise.
