I've found out that I have high cholesterol that may be causing my erectal dysfunction. Is there any variations I need in the excercises that will help me with this problem? I'm currently on a low cholesterol diet, and have a prescription of Levitra if needed.

High cholesterol (elevated levels of the bad kind as there are two really) does its damage by not allowing the blood vessels to "clean" themselves properly. So it may very well be the cause of your ED. There's nothing you need to change about the exercises though. I might suggest leaning more towards the girth en of the spectrum, the jelq and its variations, because those exercises help increase blood flow which might help more. In the long run it's all about lowering that cholesterol so stick with your diet.

ED has many causes and cures, some are cured with the use of viagra or other meds. The best thing you can do is kegals. This helps tremendously and has been documented over and over again. Setting up a regemented set of kegals will definately help. If not, as in some cases it contributes to the overall prostate health. Happy kegalling:)
