I know this is kind of a dumb question because everyone is different and result can very greatly, but I'm curious how long did it take some of you guys to get so noticable results. Penis Health claims to give you an inch in a month. Is it just me or does that seem a little fast?

Search the forums or just check in the Enlargement Progress Tracking (http://www.mens-network.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=14) forum. Plenty of stories and measurements there.

Yeah, they also claim that you'll gain several inches over a period of a few months by doing only 7-10 minutes of exercising a day.

Nobody can gain that fast with that little effort... but then again, I suppose they need to make exaggerated claims to lure paying customers in. That's how it is with every PE paysite out there.

All in all, Penis Health is a good quality site with plenty of material to get a rookie started on his PEing journey. I, for one, don't regret the 50 bucks I spent, even though my current exercise program consists mostly of exercises that aren't on the site.
Had I not signed up I would have probably never found this forum, so the money didn't go to waste.

i have gained .75" in length, and i'm hoping for that last quarter next time around (next monday).

Everyone grows at different rates. Some gain girth fast while others gain length. Still others struggle to gain anything at all. There are no guarantees in life other than you will die some day. For me personally, I get length easier than I do girth. It all boils down to dedication and intensity and making the most of every execise you do. You must do them with consistancy. You can't realize any real gains if you go at it with a hap-hazzard approach. You must be dedicated to the point of obscession and know that what you are doing can and will make the difference. Good luck

Man, that's not very uplifting! :D

True, though. As for PEing, some guys might indeed have such poor penis genes (or more like a penile structure that is tough to expand) that they will never gain no matter how hard they work out, at least not enough to make a visible difference. But, for the majority of guys out there it is realistic to expect measurable gains after 3-6 months of consistant PEing, and slow but continuous gains after that- to a certain point, anyway.

Not true, everyone has the ability to gain, it's all a matter of you get out of what you put into it. It rings true over and over again. There is another effecting factor though, It is belief, If you believe it won't happen, it won't.
The mind is very powerful in that respect. I will post another thread addressing this issue though.

I have read hundreds of posts saying... I haven't gained anything, Help!!!. When confronted with " What is your routine" the answer is always comes back the same. I work out 10 minutes a day.... I've been lax with my routine.... Etc. Etc. Etc. The list of course goes on forever. Put a half hearted attempt into anything you do and expect great results from it, who are you kidding... not me, but probably yourself.I tried, this stuff doesn't work and so many give up before realizing their true potential....That's why I say " You get out of it what you put into it". This is true of anything you attempt to do in life. Results don't happen overnight either. This is a long term thing that can take months or years. It's all up to you in the end.

Thanks for all the input everybody. Mowinman you seem to be a real expect in this field. I would greatly appreiciate it if you could give me your input to another question I posted. Its a problem I have with the long shlong, I keep getting erect and it takes me up to 15 20 mins to complete what would be 5 mins worth of consequtive reps. I was wondering if I should only do 5 mins or keep taking the extra time. Here is my current work out I do it 3 on 1 off.

warm up - 3
long shlong - 5
jelg - 5
pressure shlong - 5
jelg and hold - 6
pc exercises - 4
warm down - 2

I would really apreiciate any input because I have only gotten one response to answer this question as of now and it is a big consern to me because I have only been exercising for 3 weeks now and I do not want to damage anything but I also want to acheive the best gains I can.

Welcome goin4length, you did not state enough information for me to get a good feel of what you do. The number could be reps or minutes I could only guess. A great varience in the amount of time dedicated to exercise. One question I can answer up front is the problem with erection. This is what you do. Form an upside down ok sign face your palm away from your body, grab the base of your penins as close to your body as possible and kegal in extra blood. Click here for kegal explanation (http://www.mens-network.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=2529) Squeeze tight releasing only enough to allow extra blood in during the kegal and grip tight again. You should be engorged. Continue with the tight grip then in a slow and deliberate movement move your hand as in the basic jelq movement. With the extra blood kegaled in, this will cause a sensory overload and you should soften some. Please post your routine in minutes or reps after the exercise name. If you do different routine with the daily workout. list exercises by day and what days per week done. How long have you been doing PE. This will help determine what exercise routine will be used.

going4length will correct this if I am wrong, but most of us on this forum post the minutes by the exercises. This is probably from the schedules on penis health which always breaks down the exercises by time rather than reps. I think that it is reasonable for you to assume that unless someone states reps then they mean minutes. I know that assumptions can be wrong, but I think that assuming minutes is a fairly safe assumption.

sorrry this took so long been away from my comp for a while. Turtle was right the numbers represent the number of mins I do each exercise. I am goin on to my 5th week of pe now. I do this routine 3 day on then 1 off. I havent seen much for gains, maybe a 1/4 inch in length and no girth. I know as a new comer I dont want to stress the penis too much but I am looking for some better stretching ideas and how long I should do them for. I want to concentrate more on girth too but most of the exercises seem really stressful on the dick so I will probably hold out for another month or so, unless you guys can give me some advice. Thanks alot for all the input.
