Some of you members have been here quite a while, lurking, and reading what others post and saying nothing. Don't be afraid, let your voice be heard. Get involved. Post often, as the more you do, the more involved you'll feel. Don't be a wall flower. No questions are too dumb to ask and don't be embarassed, we are all here for the same reasons.

a 2 inch gain in 10 months ? impressive , what's your routine been like ? or routine history ?

My routine consists of 7 day workouts. Split routines. Usually 20-30 minutes in the am and 20 minutes the pm. This is also not written in stone. I do have days when I have the free time to exercise upwards of 6 hours, still other days I only can get in a few minutes. Depends mostly on what is going on that day.

My morning consists of the following:

dry jelqing 20 minutes, some days mixed with stretches of various types. And of course kegals

Throughout the day I do kegals and whenever possible, get in some squeezes and stretches in.

In the evening
I usually do stretches for both ligs and tunica
DLD Blasters, Uli's, etc. This workout is at least 20 minutes.

At bed time
When in bed for the night I do manual stretches all directions along with bundled stretches.

Unfortunately I am not familiar with the particular names of some of the exercises here will learn them. I will, when I get a chance post the exercises I do along with descriptions on how to do them. If you would like, I would be glad to help set up an exercise routine for you.
