Here is a new Jelqing and ball sack enlarger. Warm up for 5min. when you are hot follow this process.

1) do a standard Jelq by pulling your dick up, at the same time grab your bollocks and pull them down. do five reps, thirty seconds each rep.

2) Pull your cock to the right at the same time, pull your bollocks with twice as much pressure to the left, continue for 5 reps.

3) Pull your prick to the left, increase the pull to twice as much as you did when you pulled it to right, now grab your balls pull them to the right, continue for 5 reps.

you will feel your nut sack grow as well as your prick. You will enjoy the feeling.

This is great exerzise for the advanced guys.

Good Post Clapper. I like to do the same thing in the shower in order to get the ole nut sack heated up real good.

MY nuts like to ride high and want to make them low riders.

I do it twice a day while I shower and have been doing it for the last month. Just part of the routine, along with shaving the face, shaft, etc.

I'll post back if I see any improvements.

New technique to improve your nut sack.

Take your dick and jelq it upwards towards, then grab your nut sack and pull it down, do 5 reps and make each rep 15 sec's.

with your right hand pull your dick to the right, and with the left hand pull your nuts to the left, again do 5 reps at 15 sec's each.

with your right hand grab your prick and pull to the left, with the right hand grab your nut sack and pull to the right, again do 5 reps at 15 sec's for each rep.

your will find that your loads will be greater and you will be able to shoot it further. Your girlfriend will be pleasantly sup prized.

I haven't read post of ClapperJohn, but I feel smth...


Some people do excersises 2-3 months and don't see any result.

I do 3 weeks only, 5 times a week, 25 minutes each.

Forget about penis, just think about workout.

1. I feel that I am very tired!!! Even my heart... I sleep 10-12 hours a day. Tired.

2. 15 seconds of "Long Shlong", 5 seconds interval, total 15 minutes. With a lot of power using both hands, - it's even more than Bodybuilders do before tournament in front of a mirror. I feel that my arms are "bottleneck", not a penis! And I am a bodybuilder, 38 age, I am a very strong man!

Anyway, this excersises require a lot of HEALTH and POWER. If you are weak, do not expect fast results.

I have after 3 weeks almost 3/8'' of increase in girth and length, both flassid, and erected. Flassid increase in cold winter in Canada. Very cold. It's a proof of concept.

And I feel tired.

I'll do 2 days bodybuilding + PE, 1 day rest. Too much for me.

25 minutes of specific excersises for arms, even after 1-2 hours after bodybuilding, ... I need a lot of amino, protein, creatin, etc...

First of all, I sleep 10-12 hours - it means that I am tired.

P.S.

Schedule for next weeks: 2 days workout, 1 day rest.

Bodybuilding
- 11 minutes very powerful warming up on bicycle
- 10 minutes rest (with warming up!)
- 15 minutes of one single very powerful excersise (bench press, etc.)
- 1 minute of "press" (stomach :) i don't know some English terms)
- 10 minutes Sauna, ...

- 2 hours rest (amino, protein, dinner, TV, books, etc.)
====
PE
- 5 minutes warming
- 15 minutes Long Shlong
- 10 minutes Jelq
- 5 minutes warming
- oil-based lubricant, warm pants, amino, specific pills, etc.
...
