I have been following the forum for a few months & recently many questions have come up regarding PC exercises & PC flexes etc. I thought I would share some info about which I have first hand knowledge & manuals about the subject.

The subject is Male Multiple Orgasms of which PC exercises are the foundation for achieving same. The PC exercises are 1000 times more important than any stretching, Jelqing, pulling, hanging, squeezing or using any apparatus etc. for Penis Enlargement.

We are talking about two different end results.
In Penis Enlargement, the end result may be a longer or thicker penis but at what cost & for who's enjoyment. It takes a lot of dedication & hard work & you could hurt yourself or cause injury from which you might not recover. You could get bumps, tears, bleeding, swelling....well you get the picture.
With PC exercises you learn to control your penis and achieve multiple orgasms at the same session & there is no downside. It is completely safe & natural & you can enhance your own feelings as well as your partner.

Everybody knows that the penis is not a muscle. If it was , you'd probably be at the gym right now. Yes, you can lengthen & thicken the penis by doing repetitive motions such as jelqing & stretching, but you are only cosmetically altering the penis. You still are not controlling it and you might even lose some sensation. The penis doesn't need to be enlarged to have sex and make babies. A three inch penis can make a baby just as well as a ten inch penis. Don't get me wrong, I became a member to try and enlarge my penis. However, I have been doing PC exercises and have been controlling my penis for 5 years and can achieve up to 4 orgasms at a session. I wish Male Multiple Orgasm were as easiy as Penis enlargement, but it is not.

Let me give you some analogies: If you exercised your hands as easily as your penis, then if we did so many exercises or movements then we all could be concert pianists. Or if your feet could be exercised as easily as your penis, then by moving them so many times or exercising them, then we could all be professional ball room dancers or ballet performers. Do you see my point? One is cosmetic and the other is with control & feeling and the proper practice & training. That is the same with PC flexes and multiple orgasms. You need to train right & develop complete control of your penis.

The pubococcygeus (pyoo-bo-@#%$-see-gee-us) muscle or PC muscle for short is actually a group of muscles that run from the pubic bone to the tailbone. The PC muscle is the muscle you use to stop the flow of urine from the bladder. It is also the muscle that contracts when you ejaculate, moving the semen up through the penis and out of the body.

Let me give you an ejaculation education:
Did you know , for example, that ejaculation actually occurs in two phases: emission and expulsion? In the emission phase of your ejaculation, semen starts to move through the vas deferens as muscles near the prostrate gland begin to spasm. The semen collects in the urethral bulb at the base of the penis. In the second phase of your ejaculation... the expulsion phase ...the PC muscle starts to contract, forcing the semen up through the urethra and out of the penis. Here is a shorter version: In Phase 1 the cannon is loaded. Phase 2 the cannon is fired. The entire ejaculation process....emission and expulsion......takes two seconds! For most men, the contraction of the PC muscle during expulsion is an involuntary process.
HOWEVER, ONCE YOU TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR PC MUSCLE, YOU CAN VOLUNTARILY DELAY OR PREVENT EJACULATION. YET YOUR BODY STILL EXPERIENCES THE FULL SENSATION OF ORGASM, COMPLETE WITH RAPID HEART RATE, MUSCLE CONTRACTIONS, AND THE INTENSE SENSATION OF RELEASE.

I know this may be hard to believe, but orgasm and ejaculation in males are two separate things. Yes, they typically occur together, and yes, it feels as though they are a package deal. But they are not inseparable. Learn how to separate them and you are on your way.

Sounds impossible......,
but if you develop a strong PC muscle with the proper techniques, then you can achieve complete control over your penis.

If you could satisfy your partner for 10, 20, 30 minutes or more and you are only 5", Your partner won't care if you reach 9". However, why not have both.

All of this Secret technique is right in your hand. Well actually, you don't even use your hand. You can develop the technique in broad daylight, standing on line at a bank or ordering food, driving a car or at the office...no one will know you are developing your abilities. The first exercise is: Three times a day, flex the PC twenty times. Hold it for one or two seconds each time, then release. That's it, twenty squeezes, three times a day for three weeks. You are not trying for an erection, so relax and let your penis respond naturally to these exercises. In three weeks I will share the next step..

Here is a very special tip that anyone can try right now without having to go through any training etc.

Remember, I said that ejaculation......the loading of the cannon & the firing of the cannon takes place in about 2 seconds, and most men continue to thrust right through it.

Well, try this..... as you reach the point of no return....
stop thrusting.... you will feel the loading and then the firing. It is wild, many men report this exercise gives them the feeling that they are in an altered state of consciousness. You might feel a bit spacy, transcendent, or out of your body. If you stopped thrusting in time, your two-second ejaculation probably felt as if it took five to ten seconds.

Give it a try, talk to your partner....most women find this a real turn-on. You need her cooperation.

I'd like to thank you for this usefull information. I've joined the program 2 and a half months. Since that time I've gained 0.5 inches in length and 0.4 inches in girth. But what not satisfying me is that I have not gained any control over my penis, Although I'm doing the PC almost 500 times a day. I just do the PC excersice without holding it for couple of seconds. I do not know if this is the reason. I'll take your advise and hold it whenever I do the excersice and see. Do you think doing it with the flaccid state will give the same result as in the erect state?? I'm 34 and couple of years ago I visited a clinic for this reason, They put me on Prozac for three months, to be honest it worked very well, but after the three months, and after stoping the treatment, it went back again to the sae problem, pre-mature ejaculation.
If you have any more info which helps more ps let me know. what about doing more than 20 flexes???

In answer to the past questions. Yes you should be flaccid when doing the PC exercises. You are trying to exercise the muscle, not get an erection which is just the name of a penis full of blood.

Do the exercises like I said on the road, watching TV, standing on line, at the office.

PC Pitfalls: Mistake 1: Doing too many reps. The PC muscle can get sore like any other muscle. Go slow at first, as you would when you start any other exercise for the first time, and let the muscle build. You can pour it on later.

Mistake2: Failing to isolate the PC. The PC is a small group of muscles, which need to be isolated from the many larger muscles close by during your exercises. It is important that your stomach, upper thighs, and buttocks are all completely relaxed when you are working out the PC. They should not be moving.

The next exercise: The Big Squeeze (two to three minutes a day)
Have you done your reps three times a day for the last three weeks? Good. Now you're ready to learn "The Big Squeeze" a.k.a "The Power Squeeze" or "The Death Grip.
I want you to keep doing your twenty quick squeezes, three times a day. But now you're going to add ten really slow squeezes. This is what you do. Take five seconds to slowly squeeze your PC as tight as you can. Now hold the tension for a full five seconds, if possible. Finally, release the tension gradually over the next five seconds. You should be able to feel yourself really working the muscle.

This might be a bit difficult at first. You may only be able to do one or two fifteen-second squeezes before you tire. That's okay. Try to eventually work up to ten full repetitions, each taking ten to fifteen seconds.

I am going slow, without jumping ahead. Just squeezing at the moment of ejaculation is not quite what we are looking for. You need to develop the muscle so you can control your AROUSAL thru many plateaus and at any given time.

Good stuff- keep it coming! I can hold off ejacualtion for well over an hour if I'm in control of the tempo and I stroke at a slow to moderate speed, or faster with shorter strokes. Occasionally I take a small break if the feeling gets too intense for me. We sometimes change positions and we love it. However, if she starts doing me fast and hard, making my dick go almost all the way in and then out(she seems to really like this), or if I really rut her fast with long, hard strokes(she really likes this, too)I can't usually last more than a couple of minutes. It would really be great to be able to pick up the tempo AND last a long time. Is it possible to last alot longer this way even with your first orgasm?

It sounds like you have a really great partner & that is something which is priceless, so continue to talk to her because you will need her help to achieve the best for both of you.

Now as far as lasting an hour before you ejaculate, that is all well and wonderful for HER... but what about you?
While she might have 5 orgasms, you are having only one.

As I have been explaining, getting control of the PC muscle will enable you to have an orgasm with no ejaculation. This means there is no down time, no refractory period. You can continue with an erection & satisfy your partner, for as long as you wish, have another orgasm & then have an orgasm with ejaculation
only when you want.

Your orgasms without ejaculation is every bit as good, if not better than an orgasm with ejaculation.

You are on the right track with your changing the tempo etc. But you will need to get your PC muscle in full control so you can control ejaculation, but experience orgasm at the same time she is or if she is going faster.

I will be explaing the whole procedure.. One step at a time.

I am 18 and I suffer from Premature Ejaculation. I was woundering if these exercises would help cure my problem? If so how long will it take? I really hate not being able to please my girlfriend. I don't think I last much longer then a minute. I feel like the problem is just get worse

The PC exercises will ALL help with this. A strong PC muscle will allow you to control WHEN you ejaculate. Try the PC Basic and then move on to the more advanced exercises. It really does work, I personally use the PC muscle to delay my ejaculation.

Hi all,

It has been 2 months since I started doing the PC exercises. Last night I was finally able to put the brakes just before I was about to ejaculate. In previous attempts, a bit of cum used to dribble out, but this time it was a clean brake. It felt really liberating knowing that I can have pretty much unrestrained sex (by that I mean not having to hold back) and without the fear of coming too soon.

However, right after putting on the brakes, I had to go thru a bit downtime before I could get back into sex. The head of the penis became a bit sensitive, and lost most of the erection. After about 5 minutes, I got my erection back. I continued with sex, but my erection wasn't as strong as it was before putting on the brakes.

Is it normal to have this downtime after stopping ejaculation ? Or maybe I need to exercise my PCs a bit more ?

Hello Artist i read your posts and I like the info you R giving everyone and everyone seems to like it to keep it comming.

I have a quick question for you. The excercise you said the pc 20 times hold for 1-2 sec , and 3 times a day and 3 times a week does that really make you pc muscle really strong where you can skip the work out that penis-health gives us for pc muscle because i like jus that fact that i can do it anywhere and not use my hands haha i would let my girl for my hand exercise nah i dont know. Also how long will it take to take effect and how would u kno if its working for you??? I have the same problem as the other guy but its when my girl just rides me i kaint last for long

Just a note to let you know I'm back & will answer all your questions & give further detailed instructions on how to use the PC exercise ......FOR CONTROL OF EJACULATION.

That is the real reason you want to use PC exercises.

I have been watching & observing questions & answers from
several sites.

Every site I have seen merely informs you about PC exercises
but gives no end point to why you should do them or how many etc. That is like telling you how to get an erection but not telling you what to do with it after you get one.

In the New Year I will give you detailed info I obtained from
clinical doctors etc.

In closing I would like to share my progress I have had up to this date. I started the program in May and I was 5.5 inches in length.

I am now pleased to inform everyone that I am 6.75 inches in length and going for 7. The program works.

Very interesting what you wrote on the pc exercises--I had a question which I hoped you could answer--I started PC training about 3 weeks ago--I am doing 5secs reps times 20--2 second reps times 50--60 sec reps times 2--and then finish with 30 quickist reps posible--the only thing is I feel as if I had more gas, and also my anus bothers me a bit--is this normal?--what do you think of the routine I am doing?

I've never understood the purpose of stopping your own ejaculation for multiple orgasms. For the record, I have a very strong PC muscle that I've been working out since I was about 5 (unwittingly for most of that time, obviously), but it's only been within the past couple years, when I learned of this technique, that I tried to stop my ejaculation with it. Sure, it worked, but to be honest, it doesn't feel as good to me.

To get back to my unreferenced topic sentence above, I can ejaculate and still have no refractory period, still have 6+ orgasms every night with my partner.

So what's the deal? I never thought anything of it, but according to these forums and all my past partners, it is a big deal, because men supposedly aren't supposed to be able to do this.

Maybe that's what happens when you start mastubating and PC flexing at age 5.

great, but I'm sorry you didn't really experience an orgasm without ejaculation. I don't think you did, because it is unbelieveable. As far as controling your PC muscle when you are about to orgasm, it is more involved than just squeezing and stopping ejaculation. If that is what you did than it probably won't be satisfying, just like you reported.

The PC exercise is the key to having multiple non-ejaculation
orgasms, but it only a key, the rest of the program consists of knowing your penis & the feelings involved when making love.

Remember an erection is only the name of a penis filled with blood.

You can even have an orgasm without an erection.

It's too bad you didn't stat jelqing when you were 5 because that
is what far eastern countries teach. You would be 18 inches by now.

Thanks Artist, though sad to say my gf cheated on me a few months ago, so I don't have a partner anymore, and I'm very very selective. I'll never truly understand why she did it, but me being here is just one of several ways I'm making myself feel good about myself after this entire ordeal.

As for the ejaculation-free orgasm, you're right, that's something I don't typically experience, though I have experienced it a few times. It's only happened when I've relaxed my penis and PC muscle at a critical moment to feel that pulsing sensation. Normally it's just a lot of tension (which feels great, though) that subsides with a sort of anti-climax.

And yes, I've had many and continue to have orgasms while flaccid and doing nothing throughout a typical day. Not as often as when I was very young, but I still do. Sometimes I'll just be sitting there, and I'll start to have one. It'll pulse for a little bit. Not strong mind you. Then I'll just give it one flex, and it'll happen again. Sometimes it can continue for an hour or so. No ejaculation, just that light orgasm sensation. Is that what you're referring to?

Hi Artist,

In your previous post, you said that no one has been following the exercises you recommended. But I have (and I'm sure many others in this forum has too!).

Actually, it has been about 2.5 months since I started doing the PC exercises. When I first started, I had to struggle to hold the PC muscle for longer than two seconds. Now, I can hold it longer than a minute (if I wanted to).

Anyway, I can now stop myself from ejaculating. But, I have to go thru a refractory period before I can get my erection back and get back into sex. The refractory/downtime period is about 5 minutes.

To stop myself from ejaculation, I just sqeeze the PC muscle for about 30 seconds (just before the "firing" phase). I do not ejaculate, but get the same sensations as if I've ejaculated, and also the refractory period.

In one of your previous posts, you said that it can be done without any refractory period. What am I doing wrong?

I'm glad to see you are making progress & doing the exercises.

I think you might even have experienced an orgasm without ejaculation.

You actually jumped right to the later parts of the program and skipped alot of the proper procedures which I haven't even given.

Let me say this about PC exercises & multiple orgasms......It is a journey with no end in sight. You can continue to improve & enjoy & satisfy yourself as well as your partner for your whole life.

With that said, I just want to say that in order to have multiple orgasms with a partner, you need to have her complete cooperation. For example: Just as you are about to have an orgasm you must stop thrusting and she also must stop thrusting. She is helping you and you will be helping her to achieve orgasms. Also, you have to take a deep breath when you squeeze. And did you know that you must keep your eyes open and not close them at the moment of orgasm.

Do you see there is a lot that needs to be learned.

Getting back to the PC muscle exercises, please read my beginning posts. You will want to slowly squeeze counting up to 5 and then slowly release counting down to 5. Or you might want to slowly squeeze, hold for 20 seconds and then back down again. Just doing a couple will give you a real workout.

I'm going to answer some questions & give some info in no particular order:

1. The PC muscle and control of it is just like the brakes of your car. Yes, that is what it is used for. You can slow down or stop ejaculation & erection. So squeezing the PC muscle will actually decrease your erection. That is one of the tricks you will learn.

2. If you are having trouble with your stomach muscle or thigh muscle when trying to isolate your PC muscle. Try this trick...
Exercise your stomach muscle... it will become tired and then you can concentrate on your PC muscle.

3. The PC muscle can really help & cure premature ejaculation.
If you find you get too excited when you are in her... then you will need to either stop thrusting, tell her to stop moving, squeeze the PC muscle, keep your eyes open, take a deep breath or all of the above. Whatever it takes. You have got to really know and control your penis and not let your penis control you. You need a loving and caring partner who you can help you.

Hi Artist,

Yes, I'm starting to get into the habit of squeezing the PC muscles to reduce the erection. And it also seem to help in reducing the sensitivity (as you don't want the penis to get too excited, unless you are ready to ejaculate).

A question: do you need to take the penis out of the vagina when you go thru this period of not thrusting and squeezing the PC Muscle ?

I also squeeze the PC muscles while doing some of the PH exercises. This maybe a good tip for new members of PH: When you do the Long Shlong exercises, your penis is supposed to be flaccid. But I often get an erection after about 4 or 5 reps of the Long Shlong. So I do a few squeezes of the PC muscles to help me get back into the flaccid state.

Also with the Jelq exercises, you are not supposed to do the exercises with a full erection (this is my interpretation; I hope it is correct as it has been a while since I read the Jelq instructions). So if I become too excited, I would squeeze the PC muscles for a while.

Actually, I remember that a lot of the PH exercises suggest that you use some form of sexual stimulation (eg porn magazines/videos). But in my experience, you need a way to have less stimulation (as most of the exercises require that the penis is NOT fully erect). So I would use PC squeezes to reduce my erection. Another advantage of not using any external sexual stimulation is that at the end of your PH exercises, you are less inclined to ejaculate.

artist - thanks for the information on introductory PC exercises.

It's amazing how quickly you can build an underdeveloped PC muscle! :) One key point that has been mentioned in several posts is that it is absolutely critical that you have a partner that is understanding and willing to work with you. I have had a pre-ejac problem as long as I can remember and just recently started seeking help because my wife finally let it all out that she wasn't satisfied with 1 minute of sex after 10 years (imagine that). I'm 100% dedicated to fulfilling her and the PC muscle is my starting point. I will also be using the length and girth exercises (not that she complains about this but is probably hiding that from me as well!) I feel through the PH exercises and continuing my PC exercises as you prescribe here, I will get to where I want to be... but my biggest roadblock with be getting my wife to cooperate with me along the way.

Any suggestions on how to do this and are there any "next" steps in our journey to building a stronger PC muscle?

Also, why is it important to keep your eyes open when preventing ejaculation?

How informative. And here all this time I thought that the muscle I was flexing to get blood INTO my penis was my PC muscle. But now that you mention it, I can tell the difference between squeezing my PC muscle and flexing whatever it is in my penis that drives blood into it.

Just a quick reply to some past questions.

In response to Mobydique and for anyone in general.

What is an erection?

Answer: It is only the name of a penis filled with blood.

I want to point out that there are 5 methods to get an erection
or to fill a penis with blood.

They are:

Physical: ie...touching, rubbing, sucking etc.

Chemical: pills, creams etc.

Psychological: With your mind or thoughts, porn, imagination, etc.

Mechanical: pumps, vibrators etc.

Combo: All or any combination of above.

Flexing the PC muscle is not pumping blood into the penis.
What is happening is that you are tightening the muscle & restricting the blood from going back. You could do that by squeezing your hand around the penis & getting the same effect.

Actually by squeezing the PC muscle you will actually lessen your erection.

If all you had to do was start squeezing your PC muscle and pump up your erection... wouldn't that be great? But it doesn't work that way.

Hmm, then I must have some deep-rooted psychological control that I'm not aware of. If I decide I want to be hard without touching myself, and without placing a fantasy in my head, all I need to do is pump my PC a little to flop my penis around, while just kinda "deciding" to get a hard-on. I just sit and watch it grow, nothing sexual about it.

Oh well. I'm weird.

Mobidique, this is strange, because I am very similar to you. I can't get 6 orgasms, but I can easily get 3-4 without loosing much of my erection. The first one comes very soon (4-5 minutes, you might call it ejac praecox), but since my penis remains hard and I can go on without pausing, women do not really care.

I can also create an erection with my PC muscles anytime I want, but I can not seem to stop ejaculation with it.

Now I am wondering whether this program will ruin this ability or not? I have an averege penis size (6.2 inches), and what if using PH the blood capacity of my penis increases to a limit where I won't be able fill it up so many times, for so long?

I always have a problem keeping a erection longer than 1min. I have been doing tons of 1sec and 2sec pc holds today and i noticed when i had sex tonight i couldnt even get a erection. Is this because my pc muscle is sore or something??

Unreg, I've been wondering the same thing. Say I do gain two inches in length and another in girth, or whatever. I also wonder if it'll be more difficult to maintain my erection due to the increased blood capacity.

yeah i think if u gain to much length and width without training pc muscle your erections will get weak because the pc muscle cant hold the weight of the penis when its hard so it wont last as long.

i better start strengthing my muscle.

I've found some PC flex exercises on www.penis-health.com but according to instructions it has to be done with 90-100% erection. Is it the same method as your one or something else?

does the warm up cloth need to be used before/after doing the pc flexes if thats all you are doing at the time?

Hey artist it sounds like you know a few thinks.I've been doing what you said with the pe flexes (like that for about a week).But most of the exercises say to pump more blood in and trap it at the base.If we are restricting the blood with the pc flexes,then how do we get more blood in?

Well, I'd just like to say this is some great info here. And let me tell you, this really works.

I have been doing these exercies (unconsiously, sp?) since I was, about 11 or 12. I am now 20 years old. The exercises do work and if you have the energy and gain this control, I have lasted 3.5 to 4 hours with a few short breathers and multiple orgasms. Even then it once or twice a little cum came out, which is understandable after 3 or 4 orgasms in a 60 minute period.

The real thing to is that even after this the PC muscles do become tired and hard to control, just like running a marathon. So if your going in commando style and not looking for a kid on the way, learn your limits. Or just be on the safe side, pull out everytime until you have the confidence.

I have only been able to go 3-4 hours about 3 times in the past 2.5 years with my GF, and this was usually because we were both exhausted.

My usual time is 20 minutes if we enjoy it, 10 or so if you want it fast.

So take all of Artists recommendations to heart. It really works.

it says you're not supposed to flex your stomach, buttocks or thighs. Well i can make it so my buttocks and thighs aren't tensing but i still feel my stomach is. IS this bad?
