Are effects REALLY permanent?

I'm new to the program...just getting started.

I'm sure this question has been asked before...but can anyone out there confirm that the gains made are permanent?

Would the gains be maintained by doing nothing (after the cooldown period mentioned in the program) or by maintaining a lower level of exercises?

no this gains arent permanent. i saw some post when this guy said he stop the program and his dick went back to normal most of this @#%$ is a lie and harder then it is u dont exercise 7-10min like the online thing said and results dont come in 2 weeks start tellin the @#%$ truth darren dont trick people into the program with that bullshit cuz it really made me mad

they are permanent you just have to cement them in properly
..
if ur dick grows extra tissue of course your gainz are gonna stay because its extra cells on ur body..
id recommend doing a few jelq sessions a month tho just to make sure

Well for me they have been permanent I gained about 1 inch but then went away working for a year, just got back and I hope to re-strat as I left off, site looks awesome now as well.
