Hi guys! I know u need a break once in a while from exercises for penis to grow.But I have read that it should be done only if u exercised too much.It also relates to bodybuilders. But what if I do exercises for only 15 minutes a day every day,do u think I still should take a break. Isn't 24 hours not enough for cells to rebuild? Want to hear from u guys and Darren if he is not too busy. Thanks

In my opinion, the best schedule out there is 3 days on 1 off.. If your working 7 days a week, your penis won't heal it's fullest and therefore slow down your gains...
I have been doing my excercies religioulsy for a month and have seen great results from 3 days on and 1 off..
I've gained 1/2 in length, and 2/3 in girth... So basically, give ur dick a break...!!!

zelenog, listen to the advice just given, it is good advice. Some people have different believes on the best on/off routine, but try what is good for you. The suggested 3/1 schedule is good, if you dont use that schedule, at least make sure you are getting 1-2 days of rest per week.
In the 15 minutes you say you workout, make sure you are getting a pretty intense workout, so that you feel the pressure. Also make sure that you do some warming up before hand. Good Luck !!!
